During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. No other company could have seen us that same day. He was very professional and thorough. Best of all, he was very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone!

My wife called Drain Terrier after our kitchen drain started backing up. They were willing to come out to SE Aurora later that day after 4PM since my wife is a teacher and I had to work late. After quickly determining where the clog was located, Tracy asked where the clean out in the basement was located and got to work after carefully covering the carpet. After clearing the clog, he ensured that the clean out cover was secured and leak free. After he was done, the area was surprisingly clean. Tracy charged us a fair price for providing us a free flowing kitchen drain. Tracy is friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely call Drain Terrier again for any future plumbing work.

True Plumbing installed a sump pump in my house a couple weeks ago because the basement kept flooding from all the rain we had been receiving. The receptionist Amy was very kind and we were able to get an estimate from Kyle the same day. We had estimates from other plumbing companies and True Plumbing was by far the most reasonable in price and the most knowledgeable (even comparing against big company names). Kyle and his crew were prompt, professional and kind. They did an amazing job! You can call other companies for estimates, but you'll end up deciding on True Plumbing because Kyle and his team know what they are talking about. You won't be disappointed with their work.

We had a leak late in an evening. We were able to stop the leak but needed service the next day for replacement of the line and to diagnose a related problem with the water heater. We used Tipping Hat to replace our furnace and install an air conditioner/condenser for our home. We had a big team supporting us every step of the way from the furnace replacement to electrical work to condenser installation and more. Gilbert saved the day when our water heater went out and was leaking in our basement. He came by same day to assess the damage and then was able to replace the very next day at a very reasonable price. Had a broken hose spigot in our back yard and tried to fix myself. Ended up busting up the pipe in the process. Originally called Sunday morning around 9:30 and was told they would have someone out from 12-4 that afternoon. Unfortunately they were not able to make it out due to there not being any reps available on a Sunday afternoon and evening. But they called and updated me with the status every 1:30 mins. So it wasn’t a huge surprise but it was disappointing that they waited until 6 pm on a Sunday to tell me that they wouldn’t have anyone out that evening so I had a time scheduled for the next morning. So my wife and I were without water in our house for about day and a half. The next morning Kevin S came out and was able to quickly identify where the issue was and fixed it within 2 hours. Top notch service as well, and minimal repair work to do to my wall. The overall experience was good and I would use RotoRooter again.
