Best Residential Hvac Repairs in Denver CO

Very friendly and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Any and all questions were answered. They were able to accommodate my time and repairs were done quickly! I will probably be looking to put in air conditioning to my house in the next year or so. I will definitely consider DONE to do that!!!....!!!

Last month, my bathroom pipes were leaking badly, due to which the walls started cracking. I was really worried about the cracks. I called prime plumbing Inc. services and told them my issue. I was amazed by their fast services. They arrived within 2 hours and completed the whole work before night. After that, they called me two times this week to ask if there was any issue with the cracks. I never knew I could get such amazing after-service in Westminster.

Thomas is amazing! After we found out our sink drain had been leaking we called around to several plumbers to get quotes and see what was needed for repairs. Thomas was able to come out that day and give us an idea as to what we were looking at! He made more recommendations then any of the other plumbers and was more detailed. At this time we also decide to move our laundry feed lines from under our floor joist into the the floor joist so we could sheetrock our ceiling and put in can lights. He gave us a quote for each job and when compared to the other quotes not only was he cheaper but he also was the most detailed. It was a no brainer choice at that point. He was able to fit us in right away and got the work done in about half a day. He was very professional and does quick detailed oriented work. I would recommend him to everyone! Out of the 15 plumbers we had come give us inspections he was the quickest to respond, gave us the lowest quote and was the most through work. Also just an fyi ( Fast forward 3 weeks) No leaks and everything is working great!

I needed to correct another company's gas pipe installation that was causing my HOA heartburn. They came right out to do the estimate, quoted a fair price signed the agreement on the spot and scheduled the install the very next day. They showed up prcisely on time time and knocked out the job in excellent time. Upon inspection it was exactly as I requested. Dan and Kyle were great to work with. I even scheduled another job with them before they left. Could NOT ask for more!!Thank you

The plumber who showed up today was very professional. He switched out a leaky faucet, fixed a running toilet, and gave us a quote for a (serious) drainage problem outside of our house. He was focused and professional throughout. We highly recommend Denver Plumbing.

Domonique was awesome! So informative, friendly, knowledgeable and a fun guy. He truly taught us a lot about maintaining our plumbing.

Our furnace was out at 5AM, and Chris was here at 830. He quickly found the problem, gave us our pricing options, and had it fixed before 11AM. He also did a great deal to make it affordable- found ways to discount nearly $300, and he honored a warranty. The work could have exceeded $2000, but he came in just over $1000. He was clean, friendly, and efficient. I would absolutely call Golden West again, and I would hope that Chris would return.

I am very impressed with many things about this company. Someone ALWAYS answers the phone & is friendly. It’s easy to schedule & I got same day service for my busted pipe. They send text updates & reminders & a photo of the technician that is arriving. Brilliant!I’m on the fence about the pricing but I don’t really know the average cost of a broken copper pipe. This was $700.The thing that’s a little annoying is the constant up selling from people on phone as well as the technicians. They want to sell you a new water heater, they want to sell you a $49 AC check, which was actually a very good deal, they want to sell you a membership for $249 a year, etc. If it wasn’t for the constant effort to up sell I would give this company 5 stars.

Upfront about everything, gave recommendations on keeping my plumbing better maintained in the future, and super nice!

Checks all boxes for customer service! You could not ask for a more helpful, friendly, safety-focused company. Keith was very helpful and kind during my annual maintenance check. I appreciate the email with the picture of my service tech, that is a great touch!

We had a toilet that wouldn't flush within a day the plumber came out fixed it and explain what had happened. I always appreciate Plumb line and Corey the plumber who came was friendly professional and prompt. Prices are not negligible but I think that's the state of Plumbing and nothing unique to plumb line

I never write bad reviews - in fact this is the first one I've ever written.

I reached out to AAARK because my realtor recommended them and they had decent reviews online. I cannot believe how seemingly incompetent this company is. Whenever their technicians come to my home, my issues get worse.

I first used them to replace my disposal and a few corroded pipes going into my hot water heater. Nothing was wrong with the hot water heater, it worked fine, it was just that the pipes looked somewhat corroded on the outside.

While that was happening, I was in contact with their HVAC specialists because the top floor of my home does not get any heat or AC. Initially, I was told, no problem we'll just upgrade your HVAC with a bigger unit. This happened right before COVID. This seems suspect to me, because the issue is that one vent in our house lets all the cool out and none of the others do. I contacted the HVAC person again after COVID had died down a bit, wondering could this possibly be a duct issue? A different HVAC specialist came by this time and looked around my whole house. This time, they said oh no your ductwork can't handle the upgraded HVAC, we'll need to put booster fans in. I think great, that sounds pretty reasonable. The tech then talks to the supervisor who informs him that despite this, in fact, my ductwork cannot handle the booster fans either and that the only course of action is to replace all the ductwork in my home. I'm slightly taken aback, but ask for a proposal and we can go from there. I receive no proposal. I contact the original HVAC guy again for a proposal. I receive no proposal. I'm literally trying to give these people my money and cannot.

Circling back to the plumbing work, I noticed that immediately after the pipes in the hot water heater were done, we had no hot water pressure. This was irritating, but the initial claim was that all their work was guaranteed up to a year after service. The work was done right before COVID started, so I again waited until COVID died down to restart this process. A new technician comes over because the old on was no longer with them and when I tell the new tech (who I think is a part owner in the company) he looks at me like the other tech never worked there. The new technician tells me he can't figure out what's going on, but it seems like there is a clog in the hot water intake. I'm thinking, ok fix it, your work screwed it up. Nope - I'm told that either we'll have to replace the boiler entirely or we'll need to get the intake fixed at cost. They told me they would take the cost of the original work off of a new boiler. How nice! The technician tells me they will send me a proposal in the morning. I receive no proposal. I'm literally trying to give these people my money and cannot. Wouldn't you know, after this latest technician left, the pilot light wasn't turned back on and now will not turn on, so I'm sitting here without any hot water at all.

Rest assured AAARK, I will not be giving you my money, you don't have to worry about me continuing to try. You've convinced me that my tendency to assume the best or for some reason keep trying despite things getting worse every time someone comes to my home is the wrong approach. What a joke.
