We were lucky to find A Perfect Plumber in 2017 when gutting the basement. We interviewed a few plumbers, and A Perfect Plumber stood out in such a positive way that they earned us as customers for life. We basically had the entire basement infrastructure redone due to the settling of the basement slabs over the years and drain pipes slanting the wrong way (uphill, not good!). We also added a bathroom, moved the laundry hookups and a small wet bar. 6 years later, we have had no issues with their work. We recently have started a kitchen remodel and I immediately called A Perfect Plumber for the job. They have shown us the exact same professionalism and quality of work as they did years ago, and without a doubt we will have the same success with their plumbing. If I could rate them at 10 stars, I would. Everyone we have worked with here is a top notch human and within their own role in the company.

We were quoted almost $700 dollars from Applewood to just INSTALL a new garbage disposal. Perfect Plumber just charged us an hourly rate of $160 for the first hour and our plumber was able to install it in just one hour. Will be exclusively using this company moving forward.

We have been using A Perfect Plumber since 2019, when we had a leak in our shower drain. They have performed work on our boiler - replacing a zone valve most recently - and a host of plumbing work. The steps they take to diagnose a problem and fix it show methodical and logical work. They also explain to you what they are doing and why. And when they finish the job, it's done right. I wish all tradespeople were as professional and thorough as the folks at A Perfect Plumber.
And the office staff is very caring and will send someone out earlier than scheduled if they finish a job early. Susan is wonderful to work with.

Perfect Plumber deserves a five star review because of how the owner Chris handled a recent job. There was a leak on one of the repaired lines and Chris followed up personally to apologize, sent out a repair technician promptly, and made it right after the fact.

A perfect plumber indeed!! We had such a good experience this morning with Craig. We remodeled our kitchen and the last piece of the puzzle was getting our sink, disposal, and dishwasher connected.

Craig arrived on time, worked super efficiently and independently, and had it all done in a very reasonable amount of time. He was really friendly and gave us some great tips for how to care for our whole setup.

My husband also mentioned several times that the folks he spoke to on the phone to schedule the service were incredibly friendly and organized, and he really appreciated the level of service.

Chris and the whole team from scheduling to pipe fitting is absolutely top notch. We had a bit of an emergency boiler issue that they addressed right away. There was a clear opportunity to upsell us but they explained that we probably didn’t need the big investment (that I had initially asked for). Dell is very honest and explained my situation with my tankless water heater he was timely, professional and courteous.

I have used A Perfect Plumber on my various single family and multi-family properties since 2009. I am a licensed real estate agent and I was first introduced to them when I needed a sewer line clean-out for an inspection objection on a property sale. As I moved into acquiring multi-family properties, my plumbing needs included a sewer line replacement, a boiler installation and all of the corresponding plumbing services, support and maintenance. Recently (2022) I was preparing to sell one of my holdings and I brought in their boiler team to insure my boilers, side-arm water heaters and ducting were all up to code and in excellent operating condition. They made recommendations which were substantial in nature. I had small cracks I had not previously noticed in my ducting that could have been leaking carbon monoxide into my boiler room. They performed needed repairs and replaced all of the ducting prior to me putting the property on the market. I subsequently sold this particular complex and the new owner commented on the excellent condition that the boilers (4) and the ducting were in. It is difficult to find a company with the expertise, reliability and ethics that A Perfect Plumber has demonstrated. I wholeheartedly recommend them, whether you have simple or complex plumbing needs.

In the almost 20 years we’ve been in our radiant heated house we’ve gone through a lot of boiler people. Therefore I am confident that A Perfect Plummer is the perfect name for this company. They really are wonderful. We have a boiler and when it’s working it’s great, but we’ve had one issue after another with it- go the point that I’ve nicknamed it The Other Woman since my husband sometimes spends so much time with it.
So, their prices are reasonable, but the absolute best thing is that Todd, who came out last year as well as last week, actually knows about boilers and is willing to figure out the problem and fix it rather than telling us we need a new boiler. (Our boiler is less than 10 years old- but that’s a whole other thing.)
When I called their office to pay our bill I spoke with Susan and she was so genuinely kind that I hung up the phone smiling.
Finally, we recommended them to my parents as well (so you should definitely trust this review!) when they were having sink issues and my parents were so pleased that they sent their plummer home with a plate of homemade cookies…

We've used A Perfect Plumber for several plumbing jobs, most recently a drain cleaning. They are very responsive when making an appointment and even called back to offer an earlier appointment slot. Their team is always professional and the pricing is fair.

Craig was excellent. He showed up and identified a solution for our irrigation pipe leak, and was done within a few hours. They provide great value, service and will absolutely be our go-to plumber for any future issues!

Have used in past and recommended to others. Call with an issue, they unable to help for 5 days Not helpful if you are in an immediate situation. Good if you don't have immediate needs and can wait several days.

Dale was amazing. He was punctual and installed a new water heater after another company left us with a broken unit that was emitting gas! A perfect plumber charges by the hour and Dale was done in two hours.

I am so unhappy with this company. Never disclosed fees upfront. I needed the plastic part at the end of the cylinder in my toilet to get it to flush. Cost at Home Depot is $5. They told me they had to go to store to get said $5 part. Took him 2 hours to get part and they are charging me $165 an hour! After 15 minutes attaching plastic piece I get a bill for over $300. What a complete rip-off!!!

A Perfect Plumber has by far been the best plumber experience I've had. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. Our technician Mitch was punctual, extremely polite and got the job done in a timely manner. A Perfect Plumber is now the official plumber for my house! Thank you all that helped!

Replaced gas piping to bring to code.

I had another company come to my house prior to A Perfect Plumber, the company was A Brighter Glow. I had them come and service two fireplaces to make sure they were ready for use during the winter months. They did a shoddy job. Did not clean the glass properly and left what appears to to be mice droppings and poison (from previous owner) The gas main piping needed to be replaced according to code, so I had them quote for the job in addition to servicing my fireplaces. The quote was fair and came around $2000. After they left, the weather was warm, so we had no need to light the gas fire.
When the time came, we could not get one fire place to ignite. We did all the youtube videos, had competent friends come and advise...nothing. When I called and emailed the company, they said there would be another charge for coming out to light the fireplace. Now, I did not want it done instantly, but at their convenience when they were next in the area. But No. So, I went and got another quote for the bigger job.
A Perfect Plumber came in $10's less, so not a huge deal, but they came on time, were clean, courteous and efficient both for the quote and for the actual job. Once the gas line was done, they went to light the ignitor and seemed to have issues too. But, they fixed it and I now have a very nice clean and safe fireplace! Brighter Glow gets 1 star from me! A Perfect Plumber get 5 stars. The crew by the way were polite and not intrusive in my day, they worked hard all day without any fuss. Thanks guys.

This is a great plumbing company! Not only was the service tech more knowledgeable than the other quotes we received, their price was competitive or lower than our other quotes. Their solution to install a tankless water heater (and all the pipes and venting needed) was perfect.

Use this company. They are legit.

So wonderful! David came to fix a leaking faucet/pipe that had been broken for a couple years (yikes) and was phenomenal. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, on time. Will call again for sure when we need a plumber.

A Perfect Plumber was recommended to us by a friend and we have used them twice now. Both great experiences. This week, Dave came to our house and addressed a few issues we had with a valve and an outdoor spicket. He provided a couple options for us and did great work: timely, courteous, professional, and did great work. We will certainly continue to call these guys for our plumbing needs.

Their pipefitter, Mitch, did an excellent job repairing a leaking shower drain & reconfiguring the bathtub drain. Very professional and exact in his work. I highly recommend Mitch and his company.

From Susan and Erin in the office to Craig, Dale and Chris this is such a great company to do business with. It's rare to find professionalism in all aspects of a company these days, but they really are pretty perfect all around.

We have had Dale out twice for the yearly service maintenance of our tankless boiler/water heater combo and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. He arrived on time, summarized the work he was expecting to do, how long it would take, brought extra parts in case and all the necessary tools, including a shopvac to clean up any mess. The extra part was not needed nor was the full-service flush. He explained when we would know that is needed (it will flash “SERV” once we reach the 4,000 hour mark) and how much time we have after that code appears.

Dale had a death in the family over the weekend but still arrived on time for the service when I would have expected him to reschedule (understandably, under the circumstances). To me, that says A LOT about his work ethic and character. Our new rescue dog that is usually scared of men would have happily jumped in the van and gone home with Dale when he left! Our rescue was underfoot, chatty and definitely wanted Dale’s attention for pets, even sitting “pretty” asking for attention. Dale was very patient and sweet with our special boy. Dale is 5 stars! I highly recommend A Perfect Plumber if you're in need! David came to our house to install a reverse osmosis system that we had purchased from Amazon. He was very friendly, educational, and prideful in his work. If we are in need of a plumber again, these wonderful folks will be the first people we call.

A Perfect Plumber is perfectly named. Being a Design/Build General Contractor for 40 years, I know plumbing issues and solutions--I can't waste my time and money being ripped off by run-of-the-mill service company crooks. When I recently needed a PRV replaced at the water entry on a rental property, they came, on time, prepared to git 'er done, did so with minimal disruption, without upcharging or games, and at a reasonable price. I don't even have to meet them to make sure it's done right. Great Job again.

A Perfect Plumber replaced my water heater, changed out a cartridge on one faucet (an economical fix), and replaced another faucet. They are on-time, honest, professional, and very reasonably priced. Their technician was great and fully explained everything. I would definitely use A Perfect Plumber again! Thank you!

Had Jeremiah from A Perfect Plumber out to clear a blockage in a drain pipe and he was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I was happy with their pricing and the fact they didn't try to upcharge or talk me into having work done that was unnecessary. A Perfect Plumber will be my first call the next time I need plumbing work done.

I had a fair amount of work to do updating a recently-acquired older house. Not one big job, but several smaller jobs; took two plumbers a full 8 hour day.
My interactions with the owner who came out to give me the quote as well as the two plumbers who came out to do the work were all very positive. I don't know enough to comment on how competitive the price was, but it certainly seemed reasonable, and the final cost was exactly as quoted.
Random and unrelated-to-plumbing anecdotal bonus: I really appreciated the owner being mindful of/kind to a passing bumblebee when we were discussing the quote outside.
Less unrelated-to-plumbing anecdotal bonus: one of the plumbers who came out to do the work commented towards the end that this plumbing-company-owner was better than any other he had worked for, including something about the distribution of the payment being more equitable? My memory is hazy on the details (sorry!) but I remember the comment being good and I remember being glad to hear it.

Dale came out to work on my furnace that stopped working. Such a good company from the first phone call. Dale was booked but was able to move things around and fit my furnace in. He was early, professional and perfect. Thank you. He will be my furnace/water heater person from now on.

One of their plumbers came out to fix a problem, and done a very professional job.
He was on time, neat in appearance, and friendly.
And honest. He gave me a ballpark figure on what it would cost. But because it turned out to be a bit easier than he thought, he charged me less than the bottom half of his quote. A very nice surprise.

Outstanding! These guys have done stellar work for us for years, but they recently fixed a brand-new boiler that another company installed completely incorrectly. Now it's working perfectly. Reasonable pricing, too. It's worth getting things done right and this is the company to do that.
