To start with, the dispatcher Amari, who was extremely helpful, followed through and called back when a customer had cancelled. That allowed for same-day service! John, who did the initial assessment, was kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough! He also offered a break in price without us even asking! Caleb and Tony returned to complete the task the next day and did not disappoint! They cleaned up every remaining dust speck as they left! Wow! I would HIGHLY recommend Done Plumbing! I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

We contacted Tipping Hat after a larger plumbing company gave us a run-around on our appointment time.Seth arrived late afternoon on a Saturday, diagnosed the issue with our kitchen drain, and quickly repaired it. All while we were out of town with a house-sitter coordinating the work and for a very fair price. He did an awesome job communicating with me through the process.We have a couple much larger plumbing projects to tackle, and will call Tipping Hat to handle these knowing they price their services fairly and are prompt.

Giving a 5 star is underrating them! Denver Plumbing Consultant are definitely the best repairmen in the city. Their services are just top notch and recommendable. It was a real pleasure working with the technicians from this company. Whatever plumbing problem you have, you can be sure that they will sort it out. Thanks DPC for being there when my piping systems was a mess. I highly recommend this guys.

Craig was excellent. He showed up and identified a solution for our irrigation pipe leak, and was done within a few hours. They provide great value, service and will absolutely be our go-to plumber for any future issues!

I recently had Plumbline Services install air conditioning & upgraded circuit breaker panel in my home. They were slightly higher than my lowest estimate for the work but the sales consultant, Gilles Colon, was very honest and I felt comfortable working with him. From the very start I was very happy with my decision to go with them as their level of service is just astonishing. Well worth the slight premium over the company willing to do it dirt cheap. Even with this slight premium I am confident that the warranties & guarantees included with Plumbline will be result in this being the much cheaper in the long run. Anyways, had AC within a few days of the estimate and the team that came out were all professional and kind - Richard Ferzacca & Austin Ayres managed my installs in a professional manner. After the install team had finished up and left, I noticed my thermostat was no longer working - nothing related to a poor install, just an issue unique to my old house we found. Anyways, I had someone at my house within 15 minutes. He stayed until he had everything running absolutely perfect. This tech, Tyler Loya, was here until 7:30 PM just to be sure I was set and understood everything that he was performing. You could tell Tyler wasn't informing me about the new system because he was expected to by Plumbline, but rather because he truly was proud of the work he had done. Can't give enough thanks to Tyler. All around a wonderful experience and I have since had a couple neighbors ask who did the install because they were so impressed by the quality. I am often prone to second-guessing any large financial purchases that I make, but this is one that I have not once questioned as to whether or not I made the right choice. Highly recommend!
