In this time of rampant poor customer service and price gouging, we were THRILLED to connect with Sasha from Cap Hill Plumbing. He is very responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, honest and just a really nice guy! During his free estimating process he gave us all the time we needed to discuss and explore options around a hot water heater and water filtration system. Once products and plans were decided he was prompt, thorough, clean and did a great job. When we had him out again to address another issue we thought was related to his original work, but turns out wasn’t, he worked for 2 hours to address some jumping pipe issues, even running to get additional supplies, and wasn’t going to charge us – he just wanted us to be happy (we paid him for his time of course!). I HIGHLY recommend Sasha – you won’t be disappointed!

WHE is awesome. When one of our water heaters recently died, they were able to come out the very next morning and then got us a new water heater installed for a fair price that same day! They were respectful of our time and our house. I will definitely use them again in the future.

If I could give less stars I honestly would. I will never be using Plumbline again. I suggest everyone steer clear of this company. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago. On the day of my scheduled appointment they told me the technician won’t be able to make it out. Instead they offered to reschedule me 5 days later. What kind of customer service is that? They did offer me a $50 gift card. But that just feels like a slap in the face. It’s 90 degrees currently in my home, and plumbline won’t be out to look at my ac unit for another 4 days…hopefully. Totally disgusted by the lack of empathy and the lack of ability to help me out. My poor dog is walking around panting from the heat but due to poor time management on plumblines side we got another 4 days of crippling heat to deal with. NEVER USE PLUMBLINE! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU!

When our county inspector found a small infraction of a seldom-enforced code, the Delta installer promptly returned and corrected the problem. The installation passed the county reinspection.
