Pete was a very nice gentleman and he came in and fixed my plumbing issues.

The boiler in the property was quite old. Naturally, on one of the coldest days of the year, the boiler decided to quit working. I spent an hour calling essentially twenty different companies before speaking with Jessica at Prime. She was able to get Nate to come to our house the following morning, where he fixed the boiler. He also gave us a very reasonable quote for the boiler replacement.

Thomas is great! He was very patient and understanding in dealing with me and my issue. And willing to come help me on short notice. He even took the time to help me understand the repair and how I might resolve a similar issue in the future, as I was interested. He is very personable and polite, and it's clear that he genuinely enjoys helping people out. Can't say enough good things.

These professionals are supermen/women! Although I had never used them in the past, they responded immediately to my flooding/leaking issue. Diagnosed the problem quickly so that I could stop the leak and returned the next day to make repairs. They helped/advised me to accomplish the next necessary steps including finding someone to do mold remediation and dry wall repair. My heroes!

DO NOT USE! THEY EXORBITANTLY OVERCHARGE with little or no explanation of what they are charging for.Jay came to check on a single leaking cold water valve going to my washer. I was quoted $49 for service charge for assessment of the issue.He then said he could fix both valves the same day for $410.I agreed to that price verbally as I needed to use my new washing machine.But, then he ended up leaving in a hurry (after only about an hour of work) and charging me $510.40 when I know the parts only cost about $15 each from Home depot!!Also, he accidentally charged me twice!!! So I had to call to get one charge removed.But, More importantly the main reason why I'm not happy with this service is they charge me the $510.40 without any kind of receipt or official invoice or documentation of what was actually done in my home.I have now called everyday for the last 3 days asking for this itemized invoice or at least a receipt which I need for my records and for homeowners insurance purposes. And I continue to get the runaround. I don't understand why any business would just charge someone without giving a written explanation for the work that was done and the costs involved.After many calls and emails back and forth for about a week, I finally received the paperwork which said they were charging $638 but with a $127.60 rebate! This is outrageous!!!!!!!UPDATE 10/14/22: I spoke to Ken ( one of the owners on the phone) but he was not able to justify the high price. And, continued to offer only excuses.

These people were beyond fantastic. I called 12/23 with a sluggish toilet and they sent Allen out that same afternoon. He worked for about an hour 1/2 and ran into an obstacle his machine couldn't get past. He recommended further options and helpful suggestions. The situation ended up needing some major excavation work (being done by another company), but Hyper Flows response was fast, appropriate, and because he couldn't solve my problem, he didn't charge anything for the work. I was astonished. I will use this company again and highly recommend them for their expertise and integrity.

If their driving is any indication they suck.

Refused to come to my house to give me a quote. They complianed it was too far, I asked them if they had anyone to refer me to to help with my project and they had nobody. they were pretty useless

Saw your ad on TV & decided to try you. Your service man that you sent out was Wyatt. He was so polite & told us everything we needed to know about our kitchen sink. Explained everything. Hope all of your service people are half as good as Wyatt. He was wonderful and we give him a A+. Also the charge was $93 with no surprises. That was GREAT! We will recommend you to everyone.. Then he referred me to a repair man for damages. Charles is everything you'd want in a plumber, friendly, affordable, professional, easy communication and skilled. Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

I have used Delta Mechanical twice for water heater installations and have been very statsfied with the work and installers. I like the fact that you can get one put in on the same or next day. This time Plamen did an excellent and detailed install with clear explanations. He also replaced an old valve on the spot when we asked him to. Since the water heater he replaced was under warranty he brought it back to Home Depot and picked up the new one. I feel we received excellent customer service from Delta as well.
