My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

The original appointment was not met. I booked it with them, they dropped the ball. The second appointment, I tried to confirm via text, no reply. Finally I called that morning to confirm. I had the first appointment, he would be there at 9. At 9:10 I had to call back, I was then told it is a window from 9 to 10. 9:45 arrival. When he looked at the pipes, he had to go out to get the correct shut off valves. He did not have them with him. For 15 minutes of work, I was not fond of the price, but what can you do? It would be better for up front pricing. Changing a shut off valve costs this much. Communication and Customer Service is key. They need to get that part fixed.

I would love to recommend prime plumbing services to everyone. These people are very reasonable and great workers.

Thomas is extremely professional and friendly. He is prompt, honest and very knowledgeable. We’ve had him out multiple times for plumbing repairs but this was the first time we had him help us with our AC unit. Thomas was able to pick up on a problem that went undetected by the two other companies we had used in the past!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Great old store with very knowledgeable staff and super quality antiques stuffed to the rafters.

They installed toilets in our home and didnt install the ring correctly which caused a major leak that ended up in over $1400 to repair. After a long process we settled that their insurance will pay us $500 and they will add $250. We got the check from the insurance company but never saw the money from Around the Clog. If you want to be covered I'll go with another company.

My stepmother needed to have her main drain line cleaned. The service we received from this company was fantastic. The person who came, Alan, was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I needed to call Alan later to discuss our problem and he was responsive and gave good advice. He truly went above and beyond to help us. Paul was great! I called him in the morning and he dropped by that afternoon. He was able to find the leak and fixed it at a great rate (about a quarter of what the insurance company was charging me). Professional and great quality. I can easily say that we will use him again!

I called for service on my boiler and the person that booked the appointment didn't ask about the age of the boiler so when the tech arrived he said my boiler was too old and the company doesn't work on boilers older than 30 years. I was charged the $98 for something that could have been told me on the phone and not had the tech come out for something they can't even touch. Of course, they said they can replace it and it would be around $30,000 simply absurd.
