Best Plumbing Backflow in Denver CO

I've called other vendors before and they all have significant wait times for service. When it's freezing outside and your heat goes out you can't wait a week for service. Done Plumbing & Heating has always been able to respond to the several heating and AC issues we've had very quickly. They are highly professional, their service is great and their prices are fair.

This was a rather interesting experience. I had non-emergent issues with my boiler. The guys came out, and recommended a maintenance service so they could, “go through everything and find the problem.” I hadnt had it done, so I agreed. It became clear that my unit was being used as a training exercise for a new guy. When they were done, I was assured that the leaking gauge was just a temporary fluke, the parts expand and it’s not leaking now. Weird. On top of it, they charged the expensive trip fee even though they had done a service. Better businesses dont do that, in my experience, but I’ll take the blame for not asking in advance. If I had, I’d probably have sent them away without doing any work. I started the boiler the next day, and of course it started leaking again. I called to complain, and they told me it was tough luck about the trip charge but they would generously waive the next one if they came back out again because of an issue with their work. I wasnt going back for a second burn, and I paid another company to do my repair. Caveat emptor!

Chris was awesome. Took time to explain things and answer questions. Provided options. Cleaned up the area worked.

Good experience. Nicholas and Vaughn were helpful and communicative. They made sure everything was documented and explained their approach and concerns with various parts of the plumbing. Helped explore a leak concern and address it.

Brad was very helpful and worked quickly and efficiently. He explained what needed to be done and gave me some different options, as well as his professional opinion. He was very personable and great to work with in an emergency/unexpected situation.

When I used my washer, it would back up into the kitchen sink which would not drain at all. I had a plumber from a company in town come to check it out and he said he could not do anything, that I needed to call a drain cleaning company. I called the one that he gave me a referral to and the receptionist was very iffy about whether or not they could help me. I called a few others and left messages with no calls back then I called Roto-Rooter. When I explained my situation, their receptionist stated that they would do whatever it took to open my drain. She was friendly and helpful so I made an appointment to have them come over. They called to let me know when they were on their way and although it was not an easy clog to fix and it cost more than I would have liked, they knew their stuff and they did what needed done to open my drain. They had to get a Roto-Rooter plumber to come over to splice the line that the kitchen and the washer feed into so that they could snake it but he came quickly and got the job done with no fuss. They were friendly and did a good job. The only reason they do not get 5 stars from me is the cost which seemed high for the time and effort .

We love using Plumbline Services. Mr.Zack Winter was the service agent sent to our home to install a new water line for our refrigerator. He is very professional and informative and did I mention kind? He was very kind and compassionate about our needs. He explained everything he was doing step by step and the why’s. He was very informative about our old appliances versus the new and improved appliances. We love Plumbline Services. We contacted Plumbline services to respond the following day to make sure our pilot light was on. Mr. Zack Winter was dispatched to our home and quickly re-lit our pilot light on our water heater. He even took the time to show me how it’s done. He’s a GEM you want to keep, Plumbline. As always, thank you Plumbline Services, for sending us your best.

Did good work for the price quoted. The only plumber who was willing to provide a quote for a specific job prior to coming to our house. Try to find a plumber who will even give you a ballpark fee.

I don’t do a lot of reviews, but this company is great! Had an emergency toilet issue at my business and they arrived in 30 minutes and had the problem solved in an hour. Would highly recommend these guys!

Highly recommend! They came out right away to our business and fixed a problem that other companies couldn’t. We had another company come out six times over the course of three weeks to fix our HVAC and failed to do so. JD’s plumbing had it fixed in two days.

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

Will never use their service. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor by providing me service.
