Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

I’m not done yet but they are both very professional and were able to locate the problem in less than a minute. I plan on going forward with what they intend to do.

Tipping Hat's professional service advisors instill confidence and honesty- we were impressed by their older furnace rejuvenation services.On a different note, their plumber was set to arrive at our home in a window set by Tipping Hat, but did not show up and there was no phone attendant at Tipping Hat to find out what happened.
