Had our sewer back up into our basement. Luis cleared our line and performed a camera inspection. It was discovered our line was cracked with tree roots. Luis and his team replaced our sewer line without any problems. We were amazed how organized and professional they are. We have lived in our home for 25 years and have multiple sewer companies come to our home to clear out the sewer line when blocked. Drain and Sewer solutions have hands down beaten their competitors by far. Would recommend this team to anyone with drain or sewer problems in their homes. Can't say enough about this team. Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

Savannah and Tracey are great to work with. Very professional and the works gets done correctly. I have used them several times as I do fix and flips. They have very competitive prices as well. I had a major issue with my sewer line, in that the city tap was almost level with the house drain so there was very very little slope. No fault of Drain Terrier, but rather the home builder and/or city engineers. Savannah was very helpful and professional in helping me and the new buyers (I was flipping it) understand the issues and put us at ease. She reached out to the buyers on more than one occasion to make sure they understood the situation. They were very knowledgeable in regards to this unusual situation. Highly recommend. I use them for all my sewer issues with fix and flips.

Last month, my bathroom pipes were leaking badly, due to which the walls started cracking. I was really worried about the cracks. I called prime plumbing Inc. services and told them my issue. Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

There is nothing negative I can say. Wes was completely upfront and honest about the cost for a visit to inspect the issue. We had a bathtub faucet that wouldn't shut off. He checked a couple of things prior to taking the faucet apart. As soon as he took the cover off he knew what the issue was, the previous plumber installed one manufactures cartridge into another manufacturers diverter and the previous plumber didn't take time to clean the housing. They were an improper fit which caused a poor seal, eventually leading to failure. Wes told me over the phone the base cost for the visit and once the problem was diagnosed the cost for replacing the damaged part. He maintained good conversation while completing the work timely. He fit me into his schedule at my convienence and showed up at the house when he said he would be there. He took my calls and responded to my texts timely. He cleaned everything up after he was finished working and left everything clean behind him. I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues. Easily a 5/5 star review.

Doug is the man! I put my husband in charge (I had to go into work) of greeting the plumber/making sure he fixed both showers. I thought we were in for a big bill/possibly cutting the tile to get at the pipes. But Doug knows his stuff (per my husband who is cautions of everyone) and was able to get the job(s) fixed quickly at a reasonable fee! Thank you !

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

WE where selling our house and the buyer ask for a scope of the sewer line. The scope showed we had roots pushing apart the joints. The came and fixed the sewer in and we were able to complete the sale of the house. They were professional and efficient.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
