I highly recommend Done Plumbing & Heating. My AC went out at 9pm in the middle of summer when it was 90 degrees out almost everyday. I called Done at 9:30 pm and was pleasantly surprised to talk to a live person. She was so friendly and helpful!! She booked us a 7am appointment the very next morning. Jamey was our rep and he was so helpful with the whole process. Thanks to Jamey and his team, we had our AC back on with in 48 hours! Let me just start with that we had serious predicament on our hands. We tried atleast 6 or 7 different 24/7 plumbers and this company pulled through BIG TIME. Nicholas was very professional and will be my plumber for as long as I live in Denver. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I am definitely reccomending Gold Leaf and Nicholas.

Kyle and his team were amazing! We had a leak somewhere in our main water line. We do not have a traditional water line that runs straight from the street to our property. It actually goes from our side yard, under the driveway, under the front lawn, then under our walkway, under a giant bush and finally into the house. We were worried they would have to take up the concrete, and that we would be without water for two days. Nope! His crew replaced the entire line, even patched the hole in the foundation on the interior and only had to take up a bit of our front yard to replace the entire line. Not only was the work and communication superior, the cost was literally 1/3 the amount of two other more well known plumbing companies. Do yourself a favor and go with these guys if you ever need a plumber!

I called TCF this morning at 10 am, and by 12:30 Eric (the technician) was finished solving a kitchen drain issue. He was incredibly friendly, and he was patient with our nosy dog. He explained everything and completely solved the problem. I'll absolutely be using them again and requesting Eric.

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Just had some plumbing repairs done by Adams Plumbing, Bath tub faucet replacement and regulator valve, shut off valve replacement. Mr. Chlopek was very professional and prompt. The tech came on time and looked at my problem. Pretty much told me my faucet needed to be replaced. He gave me 3 estimates. Because he really didn’t do much. He didn’t charge me for coming out. The tech was nice and professional.

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

Took over 3 months for an Emergency to be rectified.
Scam artists. The main issue was an ‘Emergency Call’ for the drain from the kitchen and then got expanded to a complete main drain replacement/repair… there was never a temporary line run from the kitchen, leaving it unusable. Charged extra for dirt that was never removed, didn’t get proper certification for work done which meant it had to be done twice. Temporary line was never put together properly causing sewage to flood into the pit. Their excavator drivers each hit at least one item on the property, the biggest of which was an underground water, data and electrical bundle (see photo).

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
