Prompt response to call for winter leak in water line outdoors, quick arrival at texted time and quickly helped get water line turned off - not a simple feat as had to pump out area around water meter at street as it got flooded by leak then turn off. Charge fair ($150) for emergency visit in early Friday am (he came at 7:30a) and time and effort. Estimate pending for leak fix-bigger project -

I had the pleasure of Cesar from Tipping Hat servicing our electrical needs. We had three concerns. Two he was able to fix faster than we expected, the third he was able to educate us on how power is routed through the house and that we didn’t need anything done for the third. We worked with Ruben at Flowrite plumbing to get a new hot water heater installed. They were prompt in getting us taken care of and extremely courteous. They are our new go to plumber.

Had the drains in my basement over flow due to back up in the main drain. They came out and fixed the issue and got the drains to work. Next day they sent someone else out to cope it to see if the clean out was effective and roots are still clearly blocking half the pipe. I was told that it was a proper clean out and that I shouldn't expect all the roots to be gone because they can't see when they do a clean out. 1) it's pretty ridiculous you do a clean out and don't have a camera at the time to see what you are doing. 2) absolutely no idea how having 50% of the drain still clogged is a good clean out. I'm sure it's because now I'll need to call again in 3 months or bite the bullet and spend 15 grand for a new pipe so why fix the issue too much if it means you won't be needed for awhile

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.
