He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. I won't use any other plumber than Adams Plumbing. Wes came out to fix my jammed garbage disposal during the holidays even though his schedule was tight and had many clients with more dire needs. He tried to consult me on fixing it myself and gave me sound advice to get it working again throughout our phone conversations. When those didn't work he arranged a time to fit me into his loaded schedule. Great guy to know when you need an expert plumber.

We had a water pipe burst, due to freezing temperatures, in our laundry room. Thomas offered to repair the pipe on the night of the burst, but we scheduled for early the next morning. He was in touch in the morning to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was professional, and offered sound advice on how to fix the problem and some updates to our plumbing lines. We took him up on his suggestions and added 2 shutoff values to isolate our laundry room and kitchen in case this happens again. He was quick with the repairs, cleaned up when done, and did as little drywall removal as possible. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend TCF Emergency Plumbing.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

We were recently told that our pressure regulator went out and it would cost around $400-$600 to get it fixed. I found Flow-Rite through a friend and their price beat every competitor in the area! Not to mention, Ruben has been very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Rob came and replaced the regulator in a very timely manner. These guys are fantastic to work with and I will be recommending them to everybody I know from now on!

My 18 year old water heater was leaking. King Rooter came out within hours of my call, and diagnosed the situation. The water heater needed to be replaced and they got it done the same day within hours. Put in a nice Bradford White Defender series water heater, water pan, and installed an extra water valve so we can turn the water off to the water heater if needed, but the water will still run for rest of the house.

They were great. Our kitchen sink was backing up into our master shower. I called at 7pm and they were there at 8:30am the next day. Service was great, very friendly and did a great job unclogging the pope and explaining everything to me. Even cleaned and sanitized the shower before he left which I didn’t expect him to do. It was a little pricey, but not outrageous and to have everything done so quickly was a big help. My wife is 9 months pregnant so we need this done ASAP. The plumber spent some time chatting with me about being a father and complimenting our nursery as he walked by. And he stuck very strictly to social distancing guidelines and wore a mask and gloves the whole time!
