Update: I like to give credit where it's due, a day after my review I was called by a customer support agent who advised that they would make sure my issue was resolved. They offered to credit me the $1000 and deal with Xcel on their own time which was a perfect resolution for me. I just had to have a tech come check out my system once more (Got to see Jack again, great tech) and fill out another rebate form. I've raise my rating as a result of this quick response. I'm still keeping one star as interest on my rebate ;)-----------I wish I could leave a 5 star, initially I had a really good experience with this company. Last year our AC took it's last breath, I had another company come out and tell me it was dead, then I had Done come out for a second opinion as well as a second quote. I also had one other quote during this time for a full system replacement. They were all pretty close in price, but Done had them beat by just enough since they were doing a rebate of $1000. I'd also like to point out the rep for Done was much better at explaining the systems and benefits. So, 3-4 days of shopping and I settled with Done, about a week later I got my system installed in a single day. Great work, it's working great still. My problem is that it's a year later and I have still yet to receive my $1000 rebate. I've called 6+ times and emailed. Initially I chose to have it credited to my electric bill, and after 4-5 calls was informed they're having issues with Xcel crediting people, so I say No worries, I honestly just want a check at this point I was told they'd have to get the approval of the finance.. or accounting team or some other.. that was several months ago and I've heard nothing, received nothing. At this point I've just accepted a $1000 loss, which ironically was the reason I went with Done in the first place. It feels like a bait and switch, I'm sure it's not malicious but I just don't know how something like that falls through the cracks.

Late night emergency with water leaking from shower upstairs to bathroom downstairs. Thomas was responsive and came within an hour or two. Quickly identified the issue and had the repairs done in no time. Price was fair and he was upfront about expenses from the start. First time using TCF but we will be using him again for future plumbing needs.

I called Tipping Hat regarding a clogged drain and an electrical outlet that wasn’t working. Nick the electrician along with the two plumbers were very courteous and professional. They quickly resolved all my issues and provided very helpful explanations in case something should happen again. I’ll definitely call Tipping Hat next time I have a plumbing or electrical issue.

If their driving is any indication they suck.

These folks were great. They got me scheduled very quickly, within a day, whereas other companies were saying it would take 2 weeks to come out. The tech was on time & very professional and easy to talk to. He performed diagnostic tests on my furnace blower and AC unit and identified the issues. I chose to do the repair work myself to save on cost, but the tech took the time to answer all my questions and give me tips on how to do the job. He was very informative and very helpful. This company was easy to work with, straight forward, and helpful.

They did a good job and was very clean and I don't blame the the tech as he did what he was supposed to do, but I feel it was severely overpriced.Due to the business model of plumbers charging trip calls for estimates it makes it very difficult to shop effectively.Parts for this job were about $100 at home Depot, yet they find it ok to severely mark these parts up so this Job for a main line shut off and pressure regulator job was over $1200.Personally I wouldn't use this company again just because of the gouging.

Leo did a great job checking our furnace system. He was methodical and explained everything to us thoroughly. Swan’s reporting and invoicing system is pretty slick and left us with a good amount of information about our system.

Denver Plumbing are just the best. Great service and very quick too. I have used them about 10 times for plumbing problems at my house. Their plumbers are always on time. They are very friendly and I know I can always count on them. I strongly encourage anyone to use them.

Just had Daryl come out to fix/ replace my garbage disposal. Fast, efficient, friendly and clean. Answered all my questions and explained the pricing to me before doing the work. I just had some plumbing work done and AAARK has exceeded my expectations. Jake was timely and courteous, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. This was my first experience with AARK, but I'm sure it won't be my last. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Golden West was able to pull in my appointment by two days. Carlos arrived within an hour window, was very respectful and explained my options to repair my heating system. He was able to get the parts and repair the system the very same day. Very happy with the level of service Golden West provided. Will definitely use them in the future.

They did excellent work for a reasonable price, and most important of all, they treated my family wonderfully and honestly. Can't ask for much more in a service company. Highly recommend!
