The plumber, Josh Tweed, arrived promptly at my residence and fixed the problem very quickly. He explained the problem and the fix, and suggested which repair plan to choose. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Nick was quick to respond and arrived when said he would. Work was done professionally and efficiently, and took time to show me a few specific things during the job. He was super conscientious about being in our home, probably more so than any other service person we've ever had. Thanks Nick!

I just had the sewer pipe underneath my driveway repaired with the lining process. It sounds and looks easy on U-Tube but in real life there are always bumps. The crew, whose lead I now forget his name, was able to resolve some inherent problems and complete the job efficiently. Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

The young man who came to replace my outdoor spigot was friendly, on time, courteous -- very careful with shoe covers and mask. In addition to the actual repair, he also discussed any other issues that I should consider that may arise from my particular problem. Because of his expertise, I was able to alleviate a secondary issue and could actually cancel another technician that I erroneously thought I required! KUDOS to Josh and to Golden West!

Spent 7000 only to have sewer line backing up a week later now they say need another 5500 because they didn't see the full problem before doing the 7000 repair
