Outstanding service.Initially I rated Done Plumbing 5 stars.The guys came out to my house to check out my central air unit were indeed very personable.There's more to the story though...After they told me that they were not able to repair the unit, they set me an appointment to quote me a $16k replacement furnace & central air unit. OK no problem, mine are 25 years old & likely should be replaced soon.We called another company for a second opinion and found out that a couple of wires were deliberately cut. 30 minutes & $300 later the unit was working just fine.The guys that came to my home didn't even try to repair the unit, further, Done was quick to get me a quote to spend 16 large when a repair of about 30 minutes was needed.The guys that came to my house were either incompetent or lazy. In either event, these are not people you want to do business with.I called Done to complain Friday & they returned my call this morning.The technician supervisor only had to apologize, he didn't. He was combative and kept telling me that I wasn't there so I don't know what was said & I have to stick up for my guys. Not once was he sympathetic but only tried to shout me down & talk over me on the phone like I'm a damned kid.Please understand, I spent about $7,000 on a couple of unrelated plumbing issues at my home with them this year alone.I thought I could trust these people. I was wrong.I am not trying to get anything from you but consumers should be aware of your business tactics.I'm calling you folks out:You are a bunch of damned crooks & liars & I will never do business with you again.Gene Stuart Jr.

Refused to come to my house to give me a quote. They complianed it was too far, I asked them if they had anyone to refer me to to help with my project and they had nobody. they were pretty useless

If you don't want to read the details, here's the quick summary from a long-time customer that paid a premium for Blue Sky's annual service plan: this company has gone dramatically downhill and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your heating needs.Not sure if it is the latest generation of ownership, but our most recent experience with Blue Sky caused us to decide we will never do business with them again. Their expert technician came to look into an issue we were having with our heat and hot water. He determined we needed to do 3 things: replace a valve, replace a gauge, and relocate the intake and exhaust of our system because of a deck we recently built above the original intake/exhaust. He quoted all the work and I followed up to schedule the appointment to complete the 3 items. The day the technician came back, he informed me he could only complete 2 of the 3 items and would need to re-schedule for the 3rd. The first two items were completed without issue and we scheduled an additional visit for the intake/exhaust relocation.The fateful day finally came and the same technician showed up with an apprentice to help him drill the necessary holes and run the new pipe for the intake/exhaust. Shortly after their arrival, the apprentice was wandering around looking confused. He told me that he didn't know where the technician was or what the plan was. Eventually, they got to work drilling through the first of the two walls they would need to drill through for the new pipes. After about an hour, the technician came out and told me they would need to charge me an extra $200 for the job. While not happy about being asked to pay $200 more than the original $1400 quote, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. They then left to get a bigger drill. They returned and spent the next 6 hours drilling 2 holes through a single 8-inch think concrete wall. At 5pm, the technician came out of the basement, and told me they had only managed to get through 1 of the 2 walls and would need to hire a core drilling company to complete the job. He said he would follow up with timing for that. So, postponed once again.The next day, the technician called and said the core drilling company could be at our house the next week and that the additional cost to complete the job would be $900. I told the technician that almost doubling the cost of a job whose scope had not changed was unacceptable. I followed up with a call to Blue Sky's office and asked for the Service Manager. The person who answered told me he was in a meeting with the other managers and that he would call me back when he was out of that meeting. Four hours passed with no call, so I called back. This time I was forwarded to the Service Manager's voicemail. I left a message describing the situation and my frustration and asking him to return my call. 24 hours later and still no call, so I called Blue Sky's office to let them know that I would be going with another company (one that quoted the same original $1400 for the job) and would no longer be doing business with Blue Sky.It's now been a week and I still have not heard from Blue Sky. I don't know if they have made a conscious decision to try to take advantage of their customers during the pandemic, but they clearly couldn't care less about retaining a long-term customer that was paying a premium for their annual service plan.Buyer beware - this company combines incompetence (I've spoken to multiple other companies that have all said it was obvious a core drill was needed for the job) with dishonest sales practices.

We couldn’t be happier with all of our interactions with AAARK. From the initial meeting to discuss options to service or replace our old furnace, to the quote, to the install - AAARK was patient and professional. We had many questions about the new boiler system and every detail was explained to our satisfaction. After the install we still had a couple of questions about our new unit vs what we were used to and Matt Jackson came out so he could be sure to address any concerns we had in person instead of over the phone. A whole new heating system is a significant investment and Matt said he wanted to make sure we were 100% happy. We are! Our home is warm and energy efficient. I have no doubt that if we have any problem at all, AAARK will be there. They are also our go- to for all of our plumbing needs. Timely, professional, courteous- I highly recommend AAARK for any Heating/Air/ Plumbing/ Electric needs.

Update May 2021- another excellent experience! We contacted AAARK to replace our lumpy old patio pavers with a smooth concrete surface. We are so happy with the transformation and the price. Julio, Junior and Antonio did a wonderful, professional job on the concrete work- even working around existing poles and plantings- and left the worksite spotless. At the last minute,, we decided to add some electrical outlets to the space and Jimmy made it happen. Bottom line- if you have a vision, call AAARK. They have the right people with the right experience.

I was very happy with Golden West Plumbing from start to finish. Their communication was spot on, scheduling was easy, the office staff I dealt with were very friendly and Will (technician) did an expetional job. He was on time, polite, professional, explained what he was doing and asked me if I had any questions or concerns when he was finished. He cleaned up on his way out and I had an invoice in my email by the time he left the house. I will definitely use Golden West again and will recommend them to my friends.

I highly recommend this plumbing company! Dennis the dispatcher was very communicative and got me an appointment the next day. Isaiah showed up and on time and completed the replacement of a pressure reducer in our home that had worn out. It took him less time than anticipated, but we paid the bill. I felt later the bill was too high for the work done so I called and left an email voicing my concerns. I got a refund from them of a portion of what I paid. That’s amazing customer service! I highly recommend this company!
