I specifically scheduled a water heater inspection (a month ago) with Tipping Hat because I've had superior customer service from them in the past.My appointment was today at 2:00 and I both moved things around in my Calendar and physically moved boxes to accommodate the inspection. At 8:00 am they texted me to tell me they would not be coming and to schedule with another plumbing company. According to the message, the technician who handles water heater inspections isn't taking new clients.First, I'm not a new client. I've had them to my house at least two times. Second, I've been on their books for a month, so there was ample time for them to cancel this appointment. A six-hour notice just isn't professional.I understand that things happen. I've cancelled day-of appointments and hope the business understands. But, this cancellation doesn't hold up.

We had a leaky dishwasher and Hyper Flow found time to squeeze us in faster than we had expected. Carlos was a great repairman, but it was a bonus that he was on time, communicative, and even good with my dog.

Swan is the most professional construction company out there. Solid craftsmanship. 7/10 HVAC companies I called turned down the replacement of my furnace, replacing my hot water heater with tankless and adding AC (complicated 115-year old, tiny home). They were the only company to offer a decent warranty, too. Extremely easy to communicate with (they send text reminders and bios on the workers before arriving). Staff wears button-down tucked in shirts, masks, and foot booties. All staff is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to explain anything to you, even if you don't understand this stuff at all. They may be a little more expensive than others, but worth it. Plus our Xcel bill went way down, too.

Charles helped me out big time! Other companies were booked out weeks. He found time in his busy schedule to come out right away. He found and fixed the leak in my tub drain. Then he referred me to a repair man for damages. Charles is everything you'd want in a plumber, friendly, affordable, professional, easy communication and skilled. Very knowledgeable and showed up on time

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
