Our furnace stopped in the evening and Thomas fixed it over the phone for free. Avoided a big bill and a cold night!

I called Around the Clog Nov 18th and left a message. A couple hours later they had not returned my call. I called again and Heather was unapologetic. The first appointment they could give me was Nov 30th between 8:30 - 9:00 am. I told them I didn't live at the unit and asked to be given 20 min lead time to meet Doug there. Heather agreed to having Doug call me so I would know he was coming.

On the evening of Nov 29th, I called and left a message that I hadn't heard from them confirming the appointment, and reminded them to please give me 20 min lead time.

This morning, Nov 30th, I received a call that Doug was at the address already. The girl who called was not Heather; I don't know her name. She was upset at me for not being there. She said it was only 30 minutes, indicating I could go and wait for Doug. I said I didn't want to possibly wait in my car for 30 minutes. She said this rudely . . . well it isn't my fault, so what do you want? I said an apology would work. She said there were no notes in the file to call me and a few more things and hung up on me.

So, they didn't return my call, I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, and they didn't give me 20 minutes lead time so I knew they were coming, and she didn't apologize, and she was rude.

I don't know if they are good at plumbing because I didn't get a chance to see their work.

Josh was amazing. My 70 year old plumbing kept throwing him problem after problem, and he made sure everything was updated properly and did a great job.

Paul went out of his way to come to my aid when my pipes froze in -2F weather. He’s a good man and I highly recommend his services.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

We have been calling Plumbline after we purchased our first home 7 years ago. Since then we don’t call anyone but them for all plumbing, HVAC and Electrical needs. From panel upgrades, new furnace, hot water heater, and smaller issues. Even an emergency sewer back up on Christmas Eve! With our VIP membership we have been able to take advantage of being the priority. Always professional, knowledgable, and high quality work.

Kitchen drain slow and backing up into the basement. A different service called me to RE schedule my service call indicating someone else had a more critical issue. I called Swan, and serviceman Gabriel, was at my door in less than an hour. Gabriel went the extra mile to help me understand the problem, and to make sure he was successful in accomplishing his task with professionalism and quality. He even cleaned up everything related, and put my washer dryer back into place.I am very happy with the service provided and will be keeping their card handy if there are any other plumbing needs.Thank you very much Swan, and Gabe specifically.

We were having issues with our AC and a technician came out in an incredibly timely manner and fixed the problem so quickly! My family and I will definitely be using Befort Plumbing & Heating again in the future.

Avery with A Better Plumber did an excellent job on my install. I needed an irrigation line moved for some landscaping, and A Better Plumber was the only company available to get it done on extremely short notice (within 2 days). Avery came by, was very kind and professional, explained the job, and got it done in record time. Truly an expert plumber and great attention to detail.

Steven was so helpful and communicated very well about what he was doing and what would happen next. He was also sensitive and didn’t share the cost of the repair with my renter! He was awesome and EARLY! Pleasant experience with Blue Sky. We had someone set up for the previous day with a different company and they didn’t show up or call.

Contacted Home Depot to contract a Water Heater install...they asked Delta to call me. A nice-sounding fellow name Rudy left me a message a while later...all good, right ? Wrong...he leaves the phone number for Delta in his message - and when you try to call them, their system will NOT permit any callbacks unless you know the extension or full name of the person with their company :-( What good is that ? You can't call anyone back, and they never try to reach you again ? HUGE waste of time - AVOID HOME DEPOT/Delta Mechanical...you will EASILY see why the BBB rates them 1.29 out of 5 stars :-(
