Best Heating Replacement in Denver CO

I needed ASAP swamp cooler repair. Done Plumbing was able to come out less than 24 hours after my call. They also were able to repair my swamp cooler instead of replacing the whole thing ( like their competitors quoted me for). Neil and Casey were very professional and truly cared about getting the job done and done right. I highly recommend Done Plumbing.

Refused to come to my house to give me a quote. They complianed it was too far, I asked them if they had anyone to refer me to to help with my project and they had nobody. they were pretty useless

Our sewer backed up in the shower and drain floor of our basement. Bill came over within 24 hours and fixed it for us! We are so happy, he did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Great service!

Very happy with A Better Plumber. First my experience calling them was excellent. I don't remember who picked up, but she was very friendly and helpful and was able to schedule me very quickly. This morning, Avery and Jacob came out to my place for leak detection. They were also very friendly, professional, and respectful of my place - they even put on shoe covers without me even asking. They got me setup with their associated restoration company to help further investigate the difficult leak issue I'm having in my condo. The technician (Dan) was on time, and extremely professional throughout the entire time he was here. He walked in, saw where the work needed to be done and got right to it. During the sewer work, he showed us where he thought in our lawn we were getting some tree root issues and continued on with his work until complete. He was an absolute professional and pretty fun to be around. I wish all of our repair people we've had in the past were as fantastic as he was. Excellent experience, excellent job done. Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Great experience all around. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. He was unable to fix the air conditioning issue due to our buildings restrictions and liability so he did not charge us for the service fee! I will definitely call Golden Plumbing again if needed.

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Unless you want to be overcharged...
Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

Water heater went out on Sunday. Went through Home Depot and got routed to them. Called Monday morning at 8am. Website said that if we called before noon, we might get same day appointment. Because of size of water heater we got next day appointment. Over the phone, sales person said 3pm to 6pm is appointment window. E-mail later said 4pm to 6pm on Tuesday. Received a call just after 430pm on Tuesday that techs were running behind and can’t make appointment. They could reschedule for Friday. I asked for alternatives so we could get someone out: emergency repair, pay extra, after hours, schedule, anything. All I could get out of them was because of my location, it’s hard for them to get people out there. Keep in mind I live in a large city. Friday is the best they can do, no leeway. Basically, they did nothing to retain my business and never really cared that they had to cancel appointment.
