We made the appointment last Friday, non emergency and we had an appointment for Monday morning. We were Clyde’s first clients at 7 am. He called 1/2 hour before to inform us when he would be here.He was professional, friendly, years of experience and informative regarding what we needed and services offered by Done.He took care of the plumbing needs that we needed in order to have a new fridge water line and for ice.He also replaced new shutoff valves under sink, to replace old school types. We needed a new shutoff valve for new dishwasher. We would have him back for plumbing in a heartbeat when needed in the future. Thanks Done and Clyde.

Tipping Hat installed a complete new HVAC system in our home. They provided great service from the time they set up the appointment to quote, to providing a quote with no hidden costs. The installation by the team was accomplished with no problems. They laid down coverings over the floor and were very careful to not hit any walls or doors. Their installation is very professional an clean looking. The installation crew cleaned the area prior to leaving. They also explained what they had done and and how to maintain the system between maintenance visits. They ensured that all systems were working properly prior to leaving the job. I will continue to utilize Tipping Hat for any electrical and plumbing needs I might have around the house. I will also be recommending them to my family and friends. Called the company because my tub drain was clogged and the guy (owner?) talked me through a solve within a couple of minutes. Saving me the timing and expense of having a tech come out. Very knowledgeable about my old house plumbing (never knew there was a secret panel on the other side of the tub), and gave clear directions. Any future big problems that come up will definitely be calling them to fix. Great work.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Just had a full HVAC System installed (Furnace and AC) and cannot say enough great things about my installer Robert and his teammate Austin. He handled all surprises with ease, took the time to explain everything to me and worked very hard to meet my time frame requirements.
