Roscoe was the technician who responded to my repair request. He was knowledgeable and very professional. My particular repair was not easy but Roscoe didn’t give up. He not only successfully completed the repairs but saved me money in the long run. I definitely would recommend him for any plumbing repair or installation.

Fabulous service with dedicated employees. The crew on the first day worked until 930 at night to seal up my sewer repair. I highly recommend them. Job was done professionally everything cleaned up at the end was able to get the service expeditiously on the calendar. Excellent.

Tony listened to my concerns and evaluated the situation. He discovered that what a different company reported as the problem was actually not the problem. It was in fact a more expensive problem but less expensive than fixing the non-problem and fixing the actual problem. I am grateful for his thoroughness.

Marcus and Keith were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient in getting the job done quickly and right. Have now used Befort for two different jobs (installing a new toilet and repairing a broken pipe) and have been extremely happy with every part of the service--from scheduling to the work done in house. Also great that they are a (relatively rare) woman-owned plumbing/heating company, and we like to support that. Will definitely continue to use them moving forward.

Amazing 👏 service! Roberto did a perfect job installing a water heater into a very tigh space with no room to spare. He gave me an excellent deal on a very high quality water heater and helped to bring my home back up to code. He came out and did the job the next day. He cleaned up after himself and left the area looking better than before. I have had experiences with other contractors who just didn't care about the mess, Roberto went above and beyond. He swept the whole garage!! I was floored by his amazing work. He is very professional 👏. I wish that I could give him more than five stars 🌟! I will refer him to all of my family and friends and I also plan on having him come back to do more work on my HVAC system next. A+ company!

Denver Plumbing Consultants are great guys. Have used them twice now. They were fair when the issue was diagnosed very quickly they did not charge the whole hour fee. They fixed my boiler valve quickly a few days later for a reasonable fee.

I have used JD's plumbing for everything related to water in my home. I have only been a homeowner for about a year and keep finding happy little surprises in need of repair. Doctor Fix-It Plumbing, Heating & Electric....... you're entire team I dealt with was fantastic and a very caring team!!! I had a very sick niece with me last week and she was needing to take hot baths and showers but of course my heater locked me out right when I needed it most. I called Doctor Fix-It right as they were closing for the day but Alicia (sp) took such great care of me and did everything she could to get me on the schedule first thing in the morning. She called me a couple of times to follow up and make sure we were taken care of. Then, Chris Vincent showed up and was the most understanding, tradesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. HE was so knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I had hot water and discovered a gas leak that he also fixed while he was here. They put my mind at ease and made me feel safe knowing I could not have been if the gas leak wasn't found. Thank you to everyone that helped me get through this very hard time.Shane Marberry was our HVAC tech that I originally called for help. He then called his team and they took the best care of me that they possible could. Thank you ALL!!!! Nate and Kameron showed up to fix a toilet issue we were having. They arrived on time, and they were diagnosing the problem. What they found was a crack in a brand new toilet. Instead of charging me for something that wasn't right, they didn't charge me at all for any trip fee or wasting their time. These guys were fantastic, on time and super friendly. The guy that came to do the install was amazing!! Very punctual, took time to explain everything to us & made sure we understood everything before he left! I would recommend going through this company any time!
