Called Tipping Hat out of a panic due to service call gone bad from another company to repair AC unit. Joseph was out here in Roxborough with in hours to assess the situation and offered options to remedy. We were offered 4 options to choose from and financing if we needed. We decided to go with a full AC and furnace upgrade which was more than what we needed, but were confident on trusting our investment with Tipping Hat Plumbing Heating & Electric. After choosing our option the install crew showed up early morning and on time the very next day ready to go to work. The install went smoothly and is a very professional and clean installation. The crew was very respectful of me working from home and of the family while they worked. They installed quickly and cleaned all the mess. Denver Plumbing Consultants are great guys. Have used them twice now. They were fair when the issue was diagnosed very quickly they did not charge the whole hour fee. They fixed my boiler valve quickly a few days later for a reasonable fee.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ON EVERY LEVEL!!!!! Andy came in and quickly diagnosed our furnace problems. Unfortunately, the list of problems was substantial and Andy provided the best options to move forward. We opted to replace the furnace altogether. Andy and Fabian installed the new unit and made several adjustments to make up for several bad decisions made by previous owners. Both Andy and Fabian were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They were incredibly efficient, and knowledgable. We also appreciated how careful and compliant they were regarding COVID-19 safety guidelines. My family is very happy with the service and end results! We will be calling Golden West for maintenance and any future heating, plumbing, and air conditioning needs. I would definitely recommend Golden West to family and friends, and would like to thank Andy and Fabian for doing such a remarkable job getting my family's home safer and warmer, in such a short amount of time!

JBM plumbing was recommended to me for a tub installation. They showed up on time to give a free estimate. They were respectful, clean, timely, and efficient. Their estimate was well-priced. They worked me into their schedule and had the plumbing done for my bathroom within 4 hours which included some added work of moving the shut off for my toilet and raising the shower head.I have already had them back to do some additional work on another area of my house. Again, JBM was efficient, very responsive via email, and super easy to work with.

Etienne and the snake line that broke were great at confirming we needed a pipe replaced for a pedestal sink to function. Thank you for the thorough clean up, too! Deborah was incredibly helpful in getting the ball rolling in the right direction after a somewhat rocky start. Elijah, the master plumber who replaced the pipe, was punctual, personable, knowledgeable, and articulate. We knew we were in capable and thoughtful hands. Thank you for getting the job done swiftly! We originally called JDs Plumbing for a new AC unit. Because of their amazing customer service and quality work, we've used them for sump pump replacement, basement drain replacement, outdoor spigot repair, and shower repair. This company has been amazing and we will be using them for everything we do in this house.
