If you need a plumber, look no further! Give Thomas a call, he is professional, thorough, and does fantastic work. I was having an issue where the TPR valve on my water heater kept popping off. I originally thought that it was just faulty, so I replaced it, but it continued to pop off intermittently. Well Thomas came over, did some diag and determined that I needed an expansion tank to resolve this issue. He fixed it the same day after a quick parts run and now I should be leak free. I will definitely be using TCF for any future repairs that I can’t handle myself. Keep up the good work Thomas!

They originally quoted me a Basic Shower Insert Install for $4383. I have the Hardcopy for this Quote. Then they discovered that I was planning to replace my Furnace and install Central AC. So they said everything (Shower, Furnace, AC) would be installed for $15,000. They immediately did the Furnace & AC for $11,500. And told me they would do the Shower later on a separate Invoice. We scheduled out the Shower Insert Install. When the Date came around they never showed up. They said the next day. Again never showed up. Then they said that they totally forget about the Shower job and needed to check out the work again. Then I met with another Shower guy different from the first Shower guy. He told me the job (Shower install alone) would actually cost between $15,000 - $16,000. About 4 TIMES more expensive than the original Shower Install quote. Looks like an old Bait n Switch routine on me to take the Furnace/AC install work away from another contractor I had already lined up. That Kodiak guy pulled one on me.

Tyler was great, really informative and gave me some instruction on maintaining my AC system. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me the heads up on some work that I should do in the future to keep the system running optimally. I will definitely be calling Swan in the future.

A rep came out to give us a quote for a tankless water heater. He was thorough, examining the house to make sure he was making the correct assumptions about what work would need to be done. He then explained it all to me, including comparing the pros and cons of tankless vs traditional and how it all applies to our old house. I’m so thankful he took the time to talk through it all with me.

Terrible service once we signed the install order. I asked for a itemized bill and they won't provide that either. Now have an issue with the unit and they won't help with that and have passed it on to Trane - they won't even provide any phone number to help with that either. NEVER USE THEM - there are far better vendors out that that want your business.

We have been Plumbline Services customers since 2016. Friday August 12th we had the pleasure of having Electrician Ryan in our home. We had to install 3 ceiling fans, and a doorbell. Ryan was exceptional fast, friendly, and reliable. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it. Ryan was in our home in 2016 when we put in a new Furnace, and was here to help with the Electrical side of that. So it was very cool to see a familiar face that has been with the company for that time, and longer. My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!
