Best Furnace Inspection in Denver CO

I had a great experience with Done Plumbing. I received a call confirming the appointment and another when the technician was on his way. Vern is the guy who fixed my leak. He was very professional yet very engaging. I will ask for him next time. I definitely will use Done Plumbing in the future.

I’ve used Tipping Hat twice now for replacing my furnace and doing some electrical work, and every time I’ve been impressed. Their folks are prompt, professional, and do great work. They’re my go to! Most recently, JJ did some wiring in my living room. He was great.

While I waited on hold the message says that customer service is important to them, but I was underwhelmed by the communication and customer service I received. I booked through google and got multiple emails and text confirmations for my appointment today for between 7am-11am. By 12:30pm I had heard nothing from a tech or the company. I called to inquire about my appointment and the first response I get is “our windows are between 8am and 1pm.” However the emails I received all said 7am to 11:00am. I asked about the status of my appointment and she said she meant to call to reschedule due to a tech calling out. There was no apology. She did offer to reschedule for tomorrow. Which I did.However I found another company that was able to provide service same day. So I called back to cancel and simply got a “thank you for calling us” again no confirmation of cancelation or acknowledgement of error. I understand that things happen, but maybe their information on google should be updated with the correct window information and notice of a tech being unavailable to make an appointment should be given before the appointment window given is past.

Lamar was very thorough and professional when he came out to assist us with an HVAC issue. Will definitely use this company in the future and would highly recommend. It’s nice to get an honest opinion every now and then!

The plumber who showed up today was very professional. He switched out a leaky faucet, fixed a running toilet, and gave us a quote for a (serious) drainage problem outside of our house. He was focused and professional throughout. We highly recommend Denver Plumbing.

I had a great experience today with Alex Velasquez. He was on time, courteous and took time to explain to me the details and my options to fix my leaking shower. If you want an honest person you can trust ask for Alex!

Do not do business with this company. I feel this company likes to overcharge women. Paid $664 to change out a faucet. I had my second bathroom faucet changed out by another plumbing company. $250.00.

Anthony, Manny and Jose were excellent! Constant communication with me and worked all day to install my new furnace. They explained everything they were doing and explained good preventive maintenance to keep the furnace and AC working well. Best service! Best value!

Nolan is a wonderful young man who understands every aspect of customer service. We had several unexpected findings and he was patient to explain in detail what the problem was and how to resolve it. He showed perseverance in contacting the City of Louisville to get the water turned off and to find sourcing for a water meter. When a leak persisted he unassembled and reassembled the area of the leak 2 more times and was prepared to replace the part the next morning. Fortunately the leak stopped overnight.

Kam was great! He was quick and did an amazing job fixing our shower. I will make sure to ask for him next time. He was great!!

I had some problems with my bathroom sink and tub. Time Plumbing was able to send someone come out within 3 hours of my call, and Johnny was very friendly, profrssion, and extremely efficient. He also gave me advice about how to prevent future issues. I highly recommend this service.
