August 2022: Pipes started thumping near the water meter and diagnosed it as a defective pressure reducing valve. Terrier came out the next day (free visit) to check and confirmed the issue, and offered to repair it same day. The service price was reasonable. The utility company said they’ve seen some plumbers charge 2-3x what I paid for my service. Another big plus was that the service guys were dog people and let my lab hang around. Would use again.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.

King Rooter & Plumbing is an amazing plumbing company. I was having some serious issues with my sewer and I had a very small window of time to find a solution for my problem. I called them up and they were more than happy to help. I got a call from John and he was going to send a technician over to my house to fix everything the same day. He was such a nice guy and I could tell he was very experienced. I was so happy that I chose them!!

So someone put a bunch of dog food down the drain (it was me) and created a massive clog in my kitchen sink drain. We called Roto Rooter and they sent someone out within a few hours on a weekend for no extra weekend price. I don't believe they charge any different which is fantastic! Brandon showed up and was immediately friendly and nice. He also wore a mask the whole time which we really appreciate. After explaining the issue to him he understood what was going on and let us know what it would take and the cost to unclog the drain. Long story short he spent literally 4 hours and 7-8 maybe more times unclogging the drain pipe a few times going the entire length of his machine (80 plus feet). We still couldn't get the drain open from this massive clog. He tried everything even calling another plumber and no luck. As a last ditch effort we ended up putting a solution in the pipes overnight to see if that would make a difference overnight. Brandon was doing everything he could even though we weren't successful including helping out coordinate the next step which would be hydro jetting. We were definitely at a point of giving up and planning on spending even more to unclog this drain. Turns out though the last ditch effort ended up working and the next morning the pipe opened and worked perfectly!! I can't express enough my appreciation for Brandon and his hard work and perseverance! The guy worked so hard and was clearly bummed that we didn't get it that night. He was a professional the entire time and it was great to feel like even though we didn't have it solved at the moment I had someone that was going to help me get it figured out. I will absolutely use Roto Rooter for any future needs and hopefully specifically Brandon for his outstanding work ethic and perseverance! Thank you again Brandon for helping me and my family out we seriously appreciate it!!

Easy to Schedule! Called because I had water coming from a sump pump and he detected a cracked pipe and took care of spigot replacement while he was there too. Fast and fair price. Have previously used and will call again.

I contacted Zack and he was able to fit me in the following day. He arrived on time, and his estimate for the replacement of a backflow valve that burst with a recent cold snap was several hundreds less than I paid the year before when I bought my house. He arrived on time, the estimate he provided over the phone was exactly what he charged me and he was finished within 45 minutes. He's now programmed in my phone as my go-to plumber. These days, its hard to know who to trust, who will not flake and who will be reasonable - Zack proved all of the above and I could not recommend him more.

I have had a membership with Benjamin Franklin, One Hour Heating & Cooling and Sparky Electrical for several years now. The membership fees of around $30/month have paid themselves off in spades numerous times. I have a 1927 bungalow in Denver and have had to do several major upgrades and repairs over the past 4 years The discount on products and the regular maintenance and responsiveness is worth every penny. I can't recall all the service representatives that have come to my home, but Jasmine, Leroy come to mind. Always super professional, respectful of my home and keeping it clean, and I never feel pressured to buy something I don't need (even when I probably do need it). I highly recommend getting this protection for your home.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Mark was amazing. He was able to install a new water spicket to the back of my house by tapping in through the bathroom plumbing. I will definitely use him again.
