We have had plumbers from Spartan come out to our older condo several times to fix or diagnose various issues. Both Randy and TJ have been extremely professional. They have gone above and beyond; in one case even checking with a neighbor to find the source. They have been more than fair with pricing. We would certainly hire them again. (And our dog likes them.)

Recently they sent K.C. and Sam out; our sink drain was clogged and it was backing up into our dishwasher. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly.

Robert is the best plumber I have ever used. He is through and thoughtful and explains things so well. If you are looking for a good plumber give Robert a call!!!

Brendan and Alex were very professional and knowledgeable! They took the time to answer all of our questions. It took them about 45 minutes to clear out the main drain to the street. And explained how everything went. We definitely recommend using Roto-Rooter if you are in need of a good drain cleaning!

I'm revising my review, with sincere apologies to Jeff Butler & his family. I'm so sorry about their loss. My impatient, selfish complaint about waiting for a follow up to our initial call meant only that I didn't get what I'd been told. Incredibly, he had the grace to send an update that went far beyond civil in response to another text from me. I'm sure all the neighbors recommending his work, who praised both his skill & his manner, if anything understated his courtesy & professionalism. I should be so lucky as to find a plumber of his character and caliber. You CAN be that lucky. I heartily recommend that you give him a call when you need plumbing help.

I contacted Zack and he was able to fit me in the following day. He arrived on time, and his estimate for the replacement of a backflow valve that burst with a recent cold snap was several hundreds less than I paid the year before when I bought my house. He arrived on time, the estimate he provided over the phone was exactly what he charged me and he was finished within 45 minutes. He's now programmed in my phone as my go-to plumber. These days, its hard to know who to trust, who will not flake and who will be reasonable - Zack proved all of the above and I could not recommend him more.

CONSUMER BEWARE: OVER PRICEING: I have been a customer for a few years: and the Technicians have always been Professional, Recently got quote got to replace my sewer line from My house to the street: I was Charged 188.00 for the Camera to look in the Pipe: after I received my quote: I was a little sticker shocked: So I reach out a few other 5 Star plumbers w/ BBB / no Camera Charge: after get those quotes:the three they three quotes I received . all with 200.00 each other, 10,000 LESS THEN BENJAMIN FRANKIN:Will no Longer use BF for any Service.

This company impressed me with their honesty. They saved my family about $15,000 by connecting us with Denver Water who replaced a water line for free. I commend them for not taking our money when they certainly could have made a nice profit on our job!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Horrible experience with Dion. Please call someone else. They wont give you prices over the phone and then show up and way overcharge you. Quoted me at $600 hr. Do not call these scammers.

We do marijuana here, anything else they say about me is a lie. The company harassed and threatened me over text message.
