THIS IS MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW EVER!! AVOID THIS PLUMBER!!! They responded to this rating to justify their service. They were argumentative and defensive on the phone. They did not try to rectify the situation. I had a leaky faucet. They charged me $370 because their plumber couldn’t figure out how to put the faucet back together. I used to be a long time customer of this business. No More!! To start with they sent 2 plumbers to my house, One stood around and did absolutely nothing and I still had to pay for both. They came to fix 2 leaking sinks in my master bath. It was a straight forward job, but it took them 2 hours to figure out how to put the faucet back on. I was told their rates had changed AFTER they finished the job. It took them 2 hours to fix. I was charged $395 and I didn’t need parts. NEVER AGAIN. (This is the first review I have ever left. I wanted to warn others.)

Paul is awesome! He responds quickly and is able to sort out issues quickly as well. Which is great, considering the damage plumbing issues can cause if not repaired quickly. He always follows up to make sure that his customers are happy. Would highly recommend!

Very rude guy... I called in offering marketing services. I realize it can be annoying to get a cold call in the middle of a busy day- but No thank you Im not interested would be preferable to getting shouted at, cussed out, and hung up on. Especially since I only asked one time very friendly.

My experience with Spartan Plumbing was stellar!!! After many years of being taken advantage of by contractors, this company is honest. I worked mostly with Vaughn. I had a clog on 5/26/2021 and it was cleared, then two days later the drain in the kitchen overflowed. It was more than just a clog. Vaughn came out, re-augured the pipes and ran the camera through the 72-year-old cast iron pipes. There was an obstruction somewhere. I decided to go ahead and replace all the 72-year-old plumbing with PVC. First, though, the overflow had to be dried out and sanitized. Vaughn called DeepWater Restoration who came out the same evening and set up industrial fans and filters to dry out the area. After the dry-out, Vaughn and team removed and replaced the old copper and cast iron plumbing. When the cast iron was removed, it was found that big roots had grown through the cast iron. Vaughn also advised me about contacting my homeowner’s insurance company to see if some of the repairs were covered (they were). If you need plumbing of any kind, I recommend Spartan!

Any day you start off with a sewer back up never tends to finish with a smile but Cody with Roto Rooter was able to accomplish this for me. I called their dispatch around 1:15 and was told I’d be likely for a 3-7 time slot but was quickly called with a opening at 2. Cody showed up and not only was professional but also mindful of the covid situation. He got right to work, explained what and why he was doing what he was doing, and did not only a exceptional but also thorough job. He seriously went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go. This guy won’t be cleaning drains for long as he has so much personality and pride in his work I see him moving up quick! Thank you so much for saving the day Cody and roto! I called them to fix a sewage issue and they were not able to fix the problem effectively. My tenants threatened to vacate because of the recurring sewage issues. I was forced to call another company to fix the problem.

I had a gas line installed for a grill I inherited. I could not have had a better experience and I am so happy to have found a new plumber! Charles was right on time, gave me a fair price, and had the work done less than 2 hours later, including repairing a leak I didn’t know about. I highly recommend this company!
