We highly recommend this company. Gary showed up as scheduled and keep us updated through the whole problem our renter was having with a toilet leak. Great feedback in writing after the problem was found. We will definitely use them again if needed.

After looking for a trustworthy company to repair our AC, I finally came across Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc. Their technicians were highly polite and answered my questions patiently. Excellent workmanship. They provided an estimate ahead of time and stuck to it although the work was a bit more complicated than expected.

Paul was great! I called him in the morning and he dropped by that afternoon. He was able to find the leak and fixed it at a great rate (about a quarter of what the insurance company was charging me). Professional and great quality. I can easily say that we will use him again!

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

The first guy arrived before the expected time, but wasn't able to do the job bc his previous job had caused damage to his equipment. The next guy arrived about 40 minutes later, but when he walked in my carpet with shoes that had stood in sewage and the quote was $200+ over what home advisor said was an expected cost, I paid the service fee if$29.99 and decided to get a second opinion. The next quote was almost $200 less.

The plumber Eric, one of 7 is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and very nice. He repaired a cast iron drain pipe under a concrete floor. It was completed in a fraction of anticipated time.

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Finding a plumber who will be straight forward about pricing with you is so hard to find. IPC was different from the rest and quoted me a good rate before they came. Other plumbers will come and either quote a ridiculous amount or charge for the visit itself. IPC was friendly and on time. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues I have.
