All I can say is WOW. We had two emergency leaks and are leaving for a week-long vacation at the end of the week. I called 9 plumbing services today and only TCF was able to fit me in. Thomas, the owner, was at my house within an hour and went straight to work replacing my 19-year-old hot water heater and replacing a hose bib that burst and was leaking outside. He stayed late into the evening to make sure the work was done well. I can’t recommend TCF enough! You will not be disappointed!

I called for service on my boiler and the person that booked the appointment didn't ask about the age of the boiler so when the tech arrived he said my boiler was too old and the company doesn't work on boilers older than 30 years. I was charged the $98 for something that could have been told me on the phone and not had the tech come out for something they can't even touch. Of course, they said they can replace it and it would be around $30,000 simply absurd.

I can't say enough about Bill and Key Plumbing. Fortunately, I don't need a plumber very often but when I've had them out to install a water softener, fix a leak or install a new hose bib for me, they were quick to respond.
I like the fact that they are super neat and leave my house clean and dry. Other plumbers aren't so diligent.

Ilija was great. We had a toilet clogged that a plunger nor a $15 auger could take care of. He brought he heavy duty auger and cleared it no problem. There was also an issue with our membership account and he worked through it with us to get us a better price. Great experience as always.

They went above and beyond. Called two other plumbers to come out and help with a problem and they were the only ones to respond in a timely manner. Will be using them for all of our business needs in the future.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak .
