There are grwat items in the store but there is so much clutter and stacked to the ceiling that you can not walk through the store or fully see the items.

Refused to come to my house to give me a quote. They complianed it was too far, I asked them if they had anyone to refer me to to help with my project and they had nobody. they were pretty useless

Alex came out and fixed our water heater day of! He was very responsive and when he couldn't find a part he needed he kept looking and finished day of despite it being late. Also very reasonable pricing. Can not recommend more!

We found Mark through our neighbor, who recommended him and spoke very highly of his work. Mark has since helped us with an emergency job that I thought would be a HUGE blow to our wallet, but his cost was totally fair! He arrived just 2 hours after I called him, and completed the job 1/2 hour before he estimated. He was efficient, quick, honest and did great work. We will call Z plumbing again!

David was great! He was right on time and immediately came in and looked at the problem to quote me an accurate price. This was after a very rough estimate over the phone just my my description. His quote for the original repair was very close to his estimate. He then found a leak on my water heater that I didn’t know I had. He told me that he could fix it and also showed me a way that I could fix it on my own. Fixing it on my own would have been less expensive but I opted to let David do it so it would be done right. He was able to take care of this issue today even though it was above and beyond what I had booked him for. David was great and I will absolutely be calling him for any future plumbing needs!

Jonathan was amazing. He came out on a Saturday in the snow. Had a horrible clog in my main line. Jonathan worked his butt off and didn't stop until he got it fixed. Then instead of just leaving, he stayed and cleaned up the mess the clog left. He didn't have to do that. Drain pros needs to change their name to A+++ Dream Pros. Outstanding service and made me a customer for life. Thank you!!!

I was visited today by Josh and Michael for my annual plumbing inspection. They both were most helpful and informative. All of my concerns and plumbing issues were addressed. They were very courteous and mindful of our property. They wore the booties to make sure nothing was brought in from outside. Thanks to both of them.

Great service! Actually arrived on time, explained everything that needed to be done, so I knew what I was paying for. I won't use anyone else!

All I can say, is, we did not have a good experience with Dominick, or At Your Service Plumbing.

We hired them to do what we thought was a very simple job, and almost 2 months later, we were still waiting for them to finish the job. We hired them to install a new tub, and after something went wrong Dominick totally threw his employee under the bus and took no recourse for one of their plumbers burning our tub with the propane torch, that he accidentally sat down into our brand new tub.

Once we contacted Dominick, he said he would take care of it right away and profusely apologized. Dominick then dragged out the fixing of the tub unnecessarily for almost a month while telling us he is not responsible for it, and we need to contact his plumber personally.

In the future, I would much rather do business with an individual who is mature and professional. Dominick is neither of those. The only reason they got two stars is because the plumber that dominic threw under the bus was absolutely fantastic and covered the damages out of his pocket. What a shame that At Your Service Plumbing is such a bad employer.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
