Best Emergency Furnace Replacement in Denver CO

Our furnace stopped in the evening and Thomas fixed it over the phone for free. Avoided a big bill and a cold night!

Customer beware... This company will be positive and excited to bid and get your job, very friendly staff. We even sent them a referral client that is our neighbor! Once the job is done, you will be forgotten, blown off, and they hope you forget their promises. We were told that we would receive an email containing all the paperwork/manuals etc on our new AC unit and whole house humidifier. After calling several times, we finally received a copy of our contract, but never any manuals. We had issues getting the new smoke/carbon monoxide monitors that were promised - which was resolved. We were also promised 2 additional vent fans in black by the sales person, (Kodiak), and a follow up conversation with Elizabeth from the office confirmed this. We have called at least 5-7 times since the end of March. Everyone acts sad and apologetic on the phone when you call for an update and tells us that they have been ordered, but don't believe it. Once that call is done, you never hear back or get an update, we feel like they are just hoping we will go away. It is now mid-June with our installation in March, and still nothing. It has made us feel like they were only prompt and friendly, only to get our business.

Jonathan was polite and courteous. He was thorough and efficient in his work and we feel confident that our AC unit is working properly. The only issue was getting a tech to come out. My frist appointment was cancelled due to lack of techs and I had to wait a month for service. Makes me question the value of the VIP service.

I had John as our technician and he was very professional, m prompt, arrived right on time, went through everything he was doing with me and explained things in a way that simply and easy to understand . He didn’t jump to conclusions and made me feel very comfortable and I trusted his opinion on what action we needed to take on our furnace . I will absolutely be using Swan again and will recommend it to anyone who needs help!

5 stars for To The T from us. We have used To The T for plumbing issues twice now and both times have been exceptional. The first time we called them, our air conditioner broke. Nate responded later that afternoon and when he could not fix the issue he gave us the number of another trusted handyman who was able to fix the issue. No charge from To the T. The second time was for a water softener which broke and flooded our basement. We called the company to see if they could fix the softener and they could not. They gave us a quote of $3,500 to install a new one. We called To the T for a second opinion as that quote sounded high. Nate responded in less than half an hour and quoted $1,200 less for the exact same softener and installation. On replacement day Nate and his team arrived on time and got the work done efficiently. They were very knowledgeable and respectful of our home, wearing shoe protectors and caring for our walls and furniture as they installed the new softener and removed the old one. We will never call a different plumber again as To The T has proved to be loyal, honest, and caring. We are lucky to have such a good company in service.
