Tim did an amazing job. We have a newer house and noticed the furnace leaking onto the air filter after only 14 months. Tim quickly diagnosed and corrected the original installers error. Definitely recommend.

We had called 24 hr. Conditioner the day before they told us our conditioner was done and needed new one for $20,000. So our son-in-law recommended AOK to us and in one day they had our air fixed and said our air conditioner was fine just. All we needed was a new motor and some maintenance. It is wonderful to find an honest company!!!

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Carlos and his crew (Manny and Noah) came to replace my AC and furnace (the old one was 18 years old). They were extremely professional and quick. It is working wonderfully now! After a water heater rupture and after following the procedures a previous Doctor Fix-It guy had left, we called for assistance. The young woman on the phone was very helpful and was able to get us with a company rep. that same day. He arrived when she said he would and was prepared to help.After discussion options with me and after deciding on a plan of action, Drilon went to work bringing in his tools and a replacement heater. (Do they carry these things with them as a matter of course?) Drilon also pointed out some anomalies in our present water heater hook-up and explained some reasons why the tank may have burst.The young man worked quickly and knew exactly what he was doing. There was little or no wasted effort or speculation. After installation, he cleaned up after himself and left the work site cleaner than when he had arrived.It took us both a few minutes to realize we had the same skewed sense of humor and from there it was one retort after another. Drilon made me feel like I was in charge of any and all decisions, he merely provided suggestions and recommendations. I felt very comfortable with his work and confident in a positive outcome. I would certainly recommend this young man to anyone for plumbing problems.Not having had a chance to price compare services with other companies, I am not able to comment on the viability and reasonability of Doctor Fix-it's price structure. The costs for some services may seem a little high, but then again, I have no basis for comparison and Drilon was, in any case, not the company's price analyst.Summary: Efficient, effective, professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable but perhaps a little pricey.
