There was a little challenge at first diagnosing the correct problem but once the second Technician (Ethan H) confirmed the issue he quickly reached out to the office to make sure someone with the correct tools would be scheduled to come out as soon as could be scheduled. Jose G arrived on time the next morning and quickly got my kitchen waste line cleared. Both Ethan and Jose were courteous, friendly and professional. Another thing I liked is that they both mentioned ways I could have my sink pipes redone to better contain water backup (and clean up) but in an informative and helpful way rather than as a high pressured upsell. As an added safety feature you get a text when the Tech is on their way with a picture. I would definitely use this company again and even got extra cards to hand out to friends.

My name is Randy Jacobs. We just had our swamp cooler serviced for the warm months. I was extremely happy with the work of our technician Manny Arteaga. He and his assistant got up onto the high roof, cleaned the unit, replaced an important part, and cheerfully reviewed how best to use the evaporative cooler. This was one of several great experiences we have had using Golden West! I believe their price was fair. I highly recommend them!
