When I called today they cancelled my appointment. I had called yesterday and scheduled a quote for a whole house rewire letting them know I would be at work and leave the key in the box.When I spoke with them today to confirm my appointment, since I didn't recieve a email or text as promised. They informed me the receptionist was new and should have never booked it without me there.Do not waste your time, they will overpromise and then fail to deliver and apologize for the inconvenience.Should be 0/5 but that's not an option.Ho do you expect people to take time off with no notice given.

Kyle, the owner of this company(Hyper Flow) was very responsive and quick. And the technician, Garrett, was very professional and helpful. Hyper Flow has great customer service.

If their driving is any indication they suck.

It means a lot to me to have a plumber I can trust especially with large complicated jobs. When I need a plumber, I don’t need to take the time to call around to find a friendly competent plumber I can trust. I know I can just call Capra and they’ll fix my plumbing issue.

My neighbor found Capra Plumbing in 2006 when we discovered we had a leak in our water service line. The Capra crew hand dug two holes in front of the house over six feet deep and installed a new water service line. They did a great job and when they filled in the holes, the ground disturbance was almost undetectable. I’ve called Capra for small plumbing jobs since and they’ve always done a great job. In January 2019, we found the sewer line that went from the house to the alley had a blockage. I called Capra and Carlo had a crew at my home the next morning. The crew hand dug a hole over six feet deep and replaced damaged clay pipes with durable plastic pipe. Pat, the same plumber who installed our water service line in 2006 also repaired our sewer line in 2019. Pat did a great with both complicated issues or our antique (1912) plumbing.

In December on a very chilly night, my furnace stopped working. Cody from Plumbline came out and found the issue which was the condensation pump. He did some checking, made certain the condensation line was clear. Did some maintenance on the pump. He made sure the temperature was climbing in the house.The issue appeared to be resolved. However during the night the furnace stopped working again. Cody returned first thing the next morning and replaced the pump. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and explained and shared a lot of information regarding furnaces and regular maintenance. The necessity of the follow-up call was not his fault as everything appeared to be fixed the first time. He was very pleasant to work with. He was respectful of my home and my pets.

Swan has been great to work with. I've been impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. They installed a new sewer line at my house and gave me a great deal on installing a new water heater as well. With the water heater, they installed great new piping as well. Spencer was our water heater installer and he was very good at explaining how everything works and even checked out some other areas of my house I was wondering about. The sewer line installation crew was so good that my neighbors were complimenting their work. Lastly, Jon was the point person that made all this happen and he also was great to work with and always timely in his response to me.

I called Friendly Plumbing on a Friday they came the same day to give an estimate on installing a gas line for our new stove. Charles came out went over all the work to be done and said he could get started Monday. He was professional, on time (actually early!) and very helpful. Definitely recommend Friendly Plumbers for your next job!

I called to get my furnace checked out before the cold weather hits. Lamar came out and tested everything, cleaned up the flame sensor, and checked the filter to make sure everything is in good working order. Arrived on time and did what was promised.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.

First: bait and switch on pricing. Despite sending pictures of the existing water heater and plumbing, raised the price $1200 upon arrival.

Second: damaged property. Damaged interior wall when removing water heater. Spilled PVC glue all over the basement floor. I have purple puddles everywhere, including on the new water heater. Vehicle left old stains in the driveway.

Would not recommend. Would not reuse. I wish I would have been smart enough to read reviews prior to this installation.
