My water heater went out this morning. They had a Tech come out to take a look at it. Kenny saw the same thing that I did. He saw what needed to be done and after getting supplies went right to work. He did a excellent job. Very responsive and informative. He had the new water heater up and running in a couple hours. The job he did was very professional. Great work. These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

They were very quick to respond, professional, made the sewer repair and carefully replaced the landscaping that had existed before the dig. They have proper equipment, used the best supplies for the repair (according to the City Inspector). Pedro was first on the scene within an hour of our call. On realizing the degree of our problem, he called in Augustine. Eloy and Fernando operated the equipment and did some hand digging very carefully. They secured the area for the days we needed to wait for the inspection. Once that was done, they completed the work by that evening. They were all helpful with explaining what they were dining and answering our questions during the process.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
