I called to have them check why my water isn’t hot at 11am. Sean came over at 12pm and checked out all of the connections and the water heater itself. After educating me on water heaters, I’ve decided to replace my 10 year, 40 gallon, old water heater. I went with a 50 gallon, Rheem water heater with 12yr warranty. He had to disconnect some pipes to get the old one out. He installed the new unit by 4pm. He also did some testing to make sure there were no leaks when he reconnected everything back up.

Prompt response to call for winter leak in water line outdoors, quick arrival at texted time and quickly helped get water line turned off - not a simple feat as had to pump out area around water meter at street as it got flooded by leak then turn off. Maybe the last honest plumber. Stay away from the big companies. This guy saved me several hundred dollars compared to plumb pros and applewood.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

On February 15, 2021, the state of Colorado (and half the country) was still trying to manage or recover from artic freezes and sudden thaw.
