I highly recommend Done Plumbing & Heating. My AC went out at 9pm in the middle of summer when it was 90 degrees out almost everyday. I called Done at 9:30 pm and was pleasantly surprised to talk to a live person. She was so friendly and helpful!! She booked us a 7am appointment the very next morning. Yesterday my touchscreen thermostat went blank and the air conditioner was not running. Since I bought my system from Plumbline, I called them first thing this morning since it's going to be a hot day today. They took my information and told me a tech would call back with an estimated ETA. About 20 minutes later Stephen C. called. He asked me to describe what was going on, and he had an idea of what the problem was right away. He talked me through the process of cleaning out the condensate drain trap, and the system, including the thermostat, came back on. Stephen was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He was also patient with me, waiting until I put on shoes and socks (I'm not going in that furnace room barefoot, let alone stocking-footed). They called when en route, and they showed up promptly.They clearly explained what they intended to do, and recapped precisely what they had done once finished. They also alerted us to an issue we will have in the future without giving it an undo sense of urgency to try to panic us or rip us off. In fact, he provided a stop-gap measure to buy us a little more time before we have to deal with it.Overall, we were very pleased and will use them again.

Jose was able to come to my home the same afternoon as my drain backup occurred. He was very polite and from the beginning was determined to fix my problem before he left. He was also very knowledgeable about my system and worked diligently to clean out the backup quickly and effectively. First class plumber.

Sharon was able to make it out to our place in LESS THAN AN HOUR to replace a leaking copper pipe on our hot water heater. Very impressed with the turnaround on the job too. Super professional and beats the prices of the big, mainstream plumbing companies. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing repairs you need taken care of.

Spent 7000 only to have sewer line backing up a week later now they say need another 5500 because they didn't see the full problem before doing the 7000 repair

I have made several attempts to call/email this business to schedule an appointment to complete services performed by this company that didn't pass inspection. I am very disappointed at the lack of response to this concern.
