Best Bathtub Installation in Denver CO

They are currently 3 hours late for an appointment I made 6 days ago. They started on an issue for us three weeks ago had to stop for clean up after that was done we made the appointment and even after being with no plumbing for 2 weeks they put us a week out now aren't here for the appointment and are unreachable. If you have a true emergency I would not recommend them.

I am so thankful I called this company. We had a kitchen drain that required flushing out as we had tried and exhausted all remedies and couldn’t stop the leaking water. Adam came out and flushed our drain and fixed the problem, but he went beyond the call and astutely called to my attention that our existing plumbing was not to code and was leaking methane gas into our home. Had he not pointed this out we would have slowly poisoned our family. I am extremely grateful for the thorough (and affordable!) job they did. Thank you for everything!

My husband and I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter during our water emergency. Our sewer line backed up into our basement and Steve R. and Jake H. were at our house within the hour. We really appreciated the quick response time as water continued to seep into the bedroom and living area downstairs. Both gentlemen had nice personalities and happily explained their process and what we needed to document for insurance. Steve kindly sat on the phone with us and spoke directly to our claims agent to give a detailed description of the damage while Jake diligently worked to clear 2 blockages in our sewer line and drain. The men were professional and patient with our questions and concerns. By the end of the night we had running water again.

Very prompt and wearing mask. Turned out to be simple fix, less than 5 minutes and no charge. That was a first as I always get charged for house call.

Adam was great and got my HVAC fixed in no time. The heat is no joke! HVAC's repairs are not cheap but I was pleasantly surprised with how fairly everything was priced.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Highly unprofessional

Used Hurricane to repair and replace a shower cartridge that was leaking. Their quote was more expensive than competition but I used them thinking they would do better work. Six months later the leak is back and they want to charge me full price and will not stand behind their work. The one positive is they are responsive and staff seems friendly. I would not recommend this company to a friend!

Update- Manager called today and was very professional and apologized for my experience. She offered to send someone out but I already addressed the leak. I updated my rating to reflect the managers responsiveness and professionalism.

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

Will never use their service. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor by providing me service.
