I first found King Rooter & Plumbing on Home Advisor and noted their many and high ratings! i received a call right away and they were VERY QUICK to help me out, EVEN IN A TIME CRUNCH. I needed an estimate on repairing an offset that was discovered in my house inspection by the buyer. Jeff provided an estimate on the same day and also was able to talk me through the options and process. While i chose not to hire (instead asked the buyer to fix), I 110% RECOMMEND!

Mike K (tech# 2027) came out to take care of a sewer line smell we were getting and he knew what to do right away — regardless, he was thorough and made sure there would be no further problems. He was extremely nice and friendly and gave me the impression of being extremely trustworthy and honest. He also gave me great information with regard to doing a check for any potential backup to preempt a future disaster. This was my second time calling Roto-rooter and if I get techs like Mike and Paul when I call in the future, I'll always be their customer.

Very pleased with the knowledge, skills, and helpful attitude of our plumber Cole. He came in, assessed the problem, and quickly got to work replacing our water heater. I would highly recommend his work to anyone in need of a good plumber!!

Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Not only were they very responsive and provided same day service, but they did very high quality work as well! They also don't charge a trip fee that most other companies do. All around very happy with the service I received from them.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

Will never use their service. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor by providing me service.
