Service guy Duce arrived within 30 minutes and gave me an estimate on all items I needed repaired. Completed the job and explained and showed me how all the parts fit together. Duce was very professional and knew his craft well. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you for your professionalism and the great service you provided.

Yesterday around lunch time, we had our main line shut off valve completely blow and was spewing water everywhere. We were able to get it to stop spewing water, but water to our house was completely off. Not ideal for a family of five with little kids that need to use the potty :). I had exhausted all emergency plumbers on google and was about to just accept that we would be waterless for the day. By chance, I noticed there was one I had not called, Drain Terriers. I threw the hail mary and they came to the rescue! A few of my favorite things: same day service within a few hours, text follow up notifications, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, AND family-owned. Will be my go-to for plumbing needs in the future. The replacement on the main line valve was quality and they were able to replace an outside spigot that had burst in the same trip.

Eric from King Rooter Plumbing was awesome. Everything was super professional, from making an appointment, to the reminder calls, to the service call itself. The fixed our leak, replaced to sinks and installed new lines under the sink. I highly recommend them. Great work!!!

Recommendation. DO NOT use Denver Roto Rooter for drain cleaning. On Friday night, our kitchen drain backed up. First thing Saturday, I called Roto Rooter in Denver, mostly for name recognition. I was headed to work, so my girlfriend would have to meet the tech. On the phone, I was told that they couldn't estimate pricing. The tech would come out at no charge and give an estimate. He did, and said the charge would be $359. Not feeling she had any recourse, she agreed. The tech was courteous, but it was a simple snake out of the drain which took 35 minutes. I feel that they took advantage of the situation, and that their prices are grossly inflated. I spoke to the Denver office manager, Jay Kolb, who I felt was very defensive, and he said that yes, I could have had some sleaze bag company do it for $99, but they wouldn't give a 6-month guarantee like Roto Rooter would. Decide for yourself, but this was unconscionable to me.

Chris Vogt was professional and kind. He went above and beyond clearing our drain by adding in a mesh catch all & even fixing the chain on our toilet because he heard it leaking! We highly recommend Roto-Rooter for quick, affordable, reliable & professional service. We will be calling them again for any (hopefully not anytime soon) plumbing needs.

My Sewer line was backing up. Carlos showed up on time, cleared the line quickly and stuck to the estimate. And he was both personable and gave great advice for the future.

Adam H was the tech who came to check my furnace pilot light last week. He was punctual, pleasant, and conscientious. He replaced an ignition part to keep the pilot light going. I will continue to monitor if it stays on but wanted to acknowledge Adam’s effort during the service call.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Highly unprofessional

The water main in my house sprung a small leak behind a built in cabinet. I had a technician at my house in less than an hour and even though he had to squeeze into the tight space was able to make a world class repair in no time.

I have used them at my place of business for years and they really came through at my home. They are timely, professional and honest.

I wouldn't call anyone else

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

Will never use their service. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor by providing me service.
