The plumbing services provided were top-notch! They installed the kitchen sink faucet, vanity faucet and replaced the leaky shower valve, moved the valve and installed a new shower head. I had water come up through a floor drain so I called Roto-rooter to come out and snake the line. He charge $450 for a standard sewer cleaning AND another $400 for a broken toilet setting, plus $80 in parts. Which means snaking my drain and resetting the toilet was now going to cost me just under $1000. Then my basement flooded after he left and they won't return my calls to fix it or issue a refund. So I had to call someone else to reset the toilet (they said there was nothing wrong with the toilet setting) and re-snake my drains. He figured out that the secondary floor drain was the problem and he figured it out in 40 minutes. They charged a fraction of what roto-rooter charged and they actually fixed the problem. Roto-rooter also won't return my calls for a refund since my basement flooded after their plumber left. They are crooks. Do no use them!

Professional, quick service and reasonable price.

We have now had O'Conner Plumbing do two jobs for us and I can't say enough how nice, professional and reliable they are. Their prices are also very reasonable which doesn't happen often when looking for a plumber.

Great experience. Called these experts for a main line cleaning after our in-floor basement drain over flowed. The plumber was early, professional, and very knowledgeable. After the service he walked me through my plumbing system and explained how I can maintain the old system and pipes for further use. Fair prices and professional, I think I found my homes go to plumbing company.

We had a situation of clogged drains. We needed something done pretty quickly. Even though it was Saturday he came out and took care of the problem. Very reasonably price, and he stood by the original quote. Would completely recommend him and use him in the future
