Shawn came over to do some work at a condo we are renovating. Initially we thought it was gonna be an easy fix. However, everything went downhill from there. I've had experience before with large plumbing businesses, and their pricing quotes for simple work was way out of line. I also didn't appreciate having to sit through a 10-minute up-sell sales pitch. After researching online to find someone, Adams Plumbing appeared to be exactly what I was looking for - a small, independent company with personal service and reasonable pricing....Wes was immediately responsive when I called him, had me send photos of the problem, and gave me a ballpark quote over the phone, which was very reasonable. I was impressed that he fit me in within two days for a non-emergency repair. He was right on time, and immediately went to the source of the problem, which was a broken frost-free faucet. Wes showed me a couple of options he recommended, I chose one, and he immediately went to work. Wes is clearly conscientious, and he took time to explain things as he had to shut-off the main water valve to the house. I am picky about who I let do work in our home, and Wes was the perfect combination of friendly, professional, knowledgable, and respectful of our home. His pricing was very reasonable, the work was high-quality, and I won't hesitate to call him for all our future plumbing needs.

Took over 3 months for an Emergency to be rectified.
Scam artists. The main issue was an ‘Emergency Call’ for the drain from the kitchen and then got expanded to a complete main drain replacement/repair… there was never a temporary line run from the kitchen, leaving it unusable. Charged extra for dirt that was never removed, didn’t get proper certification for work done which meant it had to be done twice. Temporary line was never put together properly causing sewage to flood into the pit. Their excavator drivers each hit at least one item on the property, the biggest of which was an underground water, data and electrical bundle (see photo).

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

Honest, helpful plumber. Ilya is great, he is responsive, and an excellent guy. I have used him personally as well as have sent him to many clients.

Vincent is a hard worker and did a very good job installing my water heater. I had it inspected by the county and they approved the installation.

Though I personally did not use Spartan, I was called to fix a problem that Spartan created. Spartan replaced leaky shark bite fitting on copper pipe going to irrigation system at residential home. They reamed the copper pipe and let the copper debris fall down into the piping going to the irrigation zone valves. Very careless, and preventable. I reached out to Spartan via email, and they have been unresponsive. Surprised being they have a perfect 5 star rating. One would expect they want to make right a mistake they made and caused their customer further damage and repair costs. The damage occurred same day after Spartan repaired copper pipe. It took a day for the home owner to notice the problem which he had no idea was caused by Spartan till we took the valve apart and found the evidence, and have pictures of same.

I wanted to find a good plumber in the Denver area and fortunately, I came across this plumbing company. Plumber is a great company that has been operating for a long time and they have an amazing team of plumbers. I called them up and they were able to send a plumber to my house pretty quickly. The plumber that arrived at my house was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends.

I had an issue with my sump pump and Steve and Tyler were awesome! They came on a holiday after hours and replaced it quickly. Professional, honest, efficient and so kind. Really appreciate them!
