I had an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom sink of a newly purchased home and called up Drain Pros to come take a look. We were having issues with water pressure normally, but when the sprinklers came on, the water pressure was a slow trickle. Efren came in and quickly diagnosed the first issue with our faucet aerator. He then took a look at our plumbing line on our 100 year old home and pointed out where we would be looking at some needed upgrades to improve our plumbing in the entire household. The entire time he was incredibly helpful, informative and provided some much needed education to us as new homeowners. He was not pushy at all but did point out the solutions he recommended and an estimated cost. He did not charge us for fixing the aerator or providing the full fix quote and was a pleasure to speak to, even when delivering somewhat bad news about our current plumbing situation. I will definitely be using Drain Pros to come back and fix the root of our plumbing issues soon.

Ethan was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and why. He did a thorough check of all the safety systems of the furnace after he got it running again. Because the cause of the problem was not an obvious failure of any particular part on the furnace, he gave me a list of all the things that could be causing my problem with an estimate for repairing each of them. He told me what to look for if my problem occurred again so that when I called them, they would come prepared with the right parts, if needed.

I called a lot of plumbers before I was referred to Bruce. Just talking to him on the phone made me want to hire him. His rates were fair and he seemed genuine and friendly and of course competent. I had originally just hired him to reinstall a faucet and garbage disposal after my sink was replaced. Unfortunately the people who installed the sink dropped the old one smashing a key pipe, so now I needed him to fix the damage. He gave us a price then immediately discounted it knowing it was a hardship for the other company to pay. He was already running hours behind and not only installed the faucet and disposal he came back the same night with parts to fix the drain. Bruce also walked me through how to repair some valves myself to help save some additional costs, trust me I was texting him like crazy and he never not helped. Bruce is my forever plumber at this point he is a good stand up person who just wants to help. I highly recommend you hire him if you need this kind of work.

Because of their amazing customer service and quality work, we've used them for sump pump replacement, basement drain replacement, outdoor spigot repair, and shower repair. This company has been amazing and we will be using them for everything we do in this house.

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.
