Water heater went out on Friday. Called Alex and scheduled to have the first available install date. We set it up for Monday. Alex called me back at was able to get the install done on Saturday afternoon! They showed up as scheduled and did the install. Quick, complete and very professional. It rained while they were installing, because of the care they took covering my carpet, I could not even tell they had been there. Awesome service, top rate professionals and just overall great people. Would recommend and use them again. BTW, great price!

We had a very difficult and unusual drainage problem that required a longer than usual visit. Adam was very hard working, did what he thought was best for the situation, was courteous, and offered me explanations as to what the problem was and methods to approach the problem. Tech, Tony, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was able to contain the leak in the under sink hot water heater and replace the faulty faucet in a reasonable time and explained what he was doing throughout. Also, Blue Sky was able to get him to us very quickly, which minimized the water damage.

Because of their amazing customer service and quality work, we've used them for sump pump replacement, basement drain replacement, outdoor spigot repair, and shower repair. This company has been amazing and we will be using them for everything we do in this house.

The person who took the call, Julia, was extremely rude. When I said I needed some information before giving my details to schedule a visit, she hung up on me.

Will never use their service. She was acting as if she was doing me a favor by providing me service.
