We had the pleasure of having our hot water heater start leaking late on a Friday night and needed an emergency fix on a Saturday. I did a quick Google search and saw WHE pop up as a 5 start local business so called them at 9am for help and someone was at our house by 10. They not only replaced our water heater quickly, but also helped out with the permit with Arapahoe County and facilitated everything that came with it.

We were experienceing a couple of issues two weeks after the water heater had been installed with in in our hot water lines and a milky color water coming out of our faucets when the hot water was on and WHE once again was able to come out promptly and resolve the issue. I recommend them 10/10 times!

UPDATE:Ashley called yesrerday (the next morning) and had a tech come out that evening. I truly appreciate her getting someone out to look at our issue. Jason was our tech and was kind understanding, and professional. ORIGINAL:I honestly couldn't be more disappointed with their scheduling staff and customer support. I called at 3am when our AC wasn't working (24 hours). I spoke with one of their CSR's who scheduled me for today between 1 and 5. I was super happy considering I'm pregnant and the heat is miserable and dealing with a broken less than 1 year old AC is already stressful. However I never got my confirmation email/text so I called today at 1150 am to have them send me the confirmation and spoke to some snotty woman who advised that they wouldn't be able to get to me today because THEY overbooked and that she could get some one out Friday instead. I get accidents happen but make it right, this is something THEY messed up. I took the afternoon off of work for this and had I not called I'm pretty positive they just wouldn't have come. They talk so highly of this premium service and that if you buy the plus membership they come out almost immediately when needed. Yeah needless to say that is a joke.

My tub faucet was leaking and I needed help fixing it. I got the phone number for Denver plumbing from a friend who had hired them before and was full of praises about their services. They came and replaced the faucet and only charged me a small fee. Now I know that I can always rely on them whenever I have issue in my home. I will definitely use them!

The service was outstanding, Efron and his team did great! Turns out we had a partially clogged sewer pipe that was in the process of collapsing and needed to be replaced. They were able to prioritize the fix and get it done faster than expected for a reasonable price.

Matt was able to diagnose the problem we were having with our furnace and fixed the issue. He did a great job and is very knowledgeable about HVAC

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

I tried to fix a leaking faucet with no success, so I called At Your Service to come look at it. Jonathan came over and explained what I needed to do to fix it myself and didn't charge for the consult. I will definitely call them next time I need a plumber!

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
