Do not recommend. I’m sorry, it’s a month’ish later and I’m still irritated that I paid them $250 only to leave me with a bigger problem. They used a hydro jet on a sewer line blockage and flooded my new laundry room. I had to spend more money to get another company out that 1.) said hydro jetting was a huge mistake 2.) cleared the clog with no issue in very little time 3.) that I should’ve just had come out bc I had good previous experience with them. I had to rent a carpet cleaner ($50+ including shampoo) to clean and move my washer and sink to clean the dried sewage up that flooded underneath. Nice enough guys, just didn’t do well in this respect.

Impressed with the quick and effective services of Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc, I will give them a five-star rating. I hired this company to repair the water heater in my apartment and am satisfied with their organized operations and will hire them for my future needs.

Called Roto-Rooter after encountering a sewer back up issue this morning. A technician was on site within 3 hours. Allen Anderson was our service technician, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job.As a 1st time home owner and new to plumbing issues I did not know what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised. Allen provided top-notch service, and we are fully up and running again.

I had some work done at my house and used RGs plumbing. They are outstanding. Excellent customer service.

Went as well as possible

The technician was held up by a prior appointment the first day and was unable to start the work, but returned the next morning to complete the work quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and professional, pointing out other things in my house that needed attention.What I didn’t like was that the technician came to my home unaware of my requested service and was therefore unprepared to do what needed to be done. The company should at least give the technician an idea of the scope of work they send that person to do. I described it when I made the appointment, so that information should be part of the dispatch.

Today, I had the best possible experience with a plumber. The plumber showed there promptly, cheerfully, and extremely well-informed. He determined the problem and set to work fixing it, at least temporarily fixing my shower and toilet. He performed an excellent job, told me what to expect, and made the whole thing easy on me. I appreciate it a lot

David is amazing! We recently bought a house that needed some plumbing repairs/work. David was able to get me an initial quote and scheduled very easily. He showed up on time, was respectful, cleaned after himself and was very thorough. He did not try and add things on that weren’t necessary, kept us informed on his progress and reviewed his work with us after he finished. He will be our go to plumber going forward. Highly recommend!

Set up and appointment 3 days ago for them to come out and give an estimate to add a half bath and redo the plumbing in my basement and most importantly fix my shut off valve. They called me at 3pm today to tell me they wont be coming out. I just moved into my home and I was referred to them for quick and reliable work...guess they have to show up to tell you if that's true...rearranged my whole day for this to get done because I have no way to shut off my water in case of emergency. Will never refer or use these guys...very disappointed with the customer service and reliability.

Tyler is one of Swan's repair guys, and he was immensely helpful with fixing our water heater. He arrived in PPE, took a look, got to work, and was very up front and informative with what he found and what to do moving forward. It was nice having a trustworthy person to communicate with to further us towards what was best for my family and our house instead of what's best for a company's pocketbook. Thanks, Tyler.

Joe just left and I am so grateful for the fantastic job he did. Had them out for the first time today. Had called several different plumbers and left messages that I still haven't received calls back. I love that Befort actually answered the phone, AND got someone out the next day. Had him repair a spigot that another plumber had messed up and replace another one. He went above and beyond and I am thrilled to have a professional plumber that charges fairly, shows up on time and is a hard worker. Thank you so much for the GREAT work!

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
