I have beenm with the parent company of Blue Sky and then with blue Sky Heating...for 29 years. When they arrive for a service call, whether for preventative measures or to resolve a problem, the client is definitely their priority.Their sevice has always been very good to excellent. For these reasons, I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars.They prioritize their clients (established and new) for emergencies. This helps the new clients especially, but leads to established clients being bumped constantly from appointments made even 2 months previously, with schedules built around said appointments.This variable --with most appts moved in the past 5 years to about 2 weeks later, brings rating down significantly. The shining light ,however, is that the office continues to work w/ every customer to find another workable date and time.

We originally called JDs Plumbing for a new AC unit. Because of their amazing customer service and quality work, we've used them for sump pump replacement, basement drain replacement, outdoor spigot repair, and shower repair. This company has been amazing and we will be using them for everything we do in this house.

Have had them install A/C, new furnace, new hot water system, and remove old solar unit. They are very professional, arrive on time, work well, and do what they say they will, and are very helpful when something unexpected arises. Their prices are fair and I recommend them highly.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.
