Done was very prompt and made quick arrangements to take care of our needs. We had recently installed new counter tops and sinks.The drain locations on the new sinks were not at all conducive to me hooking the plumbing drain lines back up. Jeremy showed up late afternoon on Friday and indicated he didn't have the parts he needed on the truck and his shift was about over.He requested to return on Monday and I agreed. I was a little shocked at the estimate, but I understand overheads nowadays. Jeremy returned on Monday as promised and made quick work of the issue. Thanks for the great work, Jeremy! Nothing personal but I hope I do not require services in the future... $460 is a chunk of change! I know I agreed to it, so no need to point that truth out to me! We Had our sewer line replaced by them, about 40 feet . They Did a professional job and completed everything in a day. Reasonable pricing compared to some of the quotes we got. Recemended to a neighbor and they were also very pleased with thier work .

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

The customer service is good, but I was charged for issues that were not addressable. I had slow draining issue in showers, the professionals assessed and realised it was due to small pipes in the old house, floor slope issue etc - but I still got charged about $230+ for “unclogging” these two showers - which I feel was unfair. I did have real clogging issue in the kitchen sink and one other bathroom, which was efficiently addressed by their team. But I feel 900$ for unclogging 1 kitchen sink, and 3 shower drains are a little too pricey (2/3 showers did not even needed professional unclogging for the issue i had). So a little disappointed. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Why does plumbing always seem to break at the most inappropriate time? Cody, from Elite Rooter, stopped by when he said he would with the correct part and fixed the inner workings of our wall mounted bathtub faucet that had chosen the exact moment to break when I wanted to take a bath several hours before! I turned the faucet on but couldn’t get the water to turn off so we had to turn the water off to the entire house until it was repaired!! Cody was efficient, friendly, courteous, and highly skilled.
