He had it fixed in no time, and it was a pleasure to have him in our house. He was on time, clean, and very polite. Best of all, he knew what to do immediately. I highly recommend! Charles responded to my concerns about a broken exterior pipe immediately. He came out the next day and gave me a quote. He was reasonably priced, timely, and efficient. The job ended up requiring repiping internal pipes in an area without an access panel. He was clean and tidy and left an easy access panel at the completion of his work.

Darn, after 10+years of using Elite, they have started to hire extremely sub par plumbers. Took three tries and a flooded laundry room before they could get a simple washer/dryer hook up right. Too bad Elite.

They sent a guy to fix a dripping faucet. The parts he used cost $25.00. They wanted me to pay $250.00, after I said I will pay a fair price, they got mad and put a lien on my property!!
Now they want me to pay $262.50 for a dripping Faucet!

I had a great experience with this company. The scheduler was friendly and able to get me right in. Brad was running early which I was happy for. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. He gave me recommendations for the next furnace check-up and when to replace the filter. Overall, it was a great experience and Brad was great during this visit!
