I had an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom sink of a newly purchased home and called up Drain Pros to come take a look. We were having issues with water pressure normally, but when the sprinklers came on, the water pressure was a slow trickle. Efren came in and quickly diagnosed the first issue with our faucet aerator. He then took a look at our plumbing line on our 100 year old home and pointed out where we would be looking at some needed upgrades to improve our plumbing in the entire household. The entire time he was incredibly helpful, informative and provided some much needed education to us as new homeowners. He was not pushy at all but did point out the solutions he recommended and an estimated cost. He did not charge us for fixing the aerator or providing the full fix quote and was a pleasure to speak to, even when delivering somewhat bad news about our current plumbing situation. I will definitely be using Drain Pros to come back and fix the root of our plumbing issues soon.

We had a number of terrible plumbers come out and try to rip us off already, so it's refreshing to see someone actually care about their customers. Drain Pros will be the only plumbers we call in the future. Cannot recommend them enough.

My plumber was Ilija Kostainov . what a pro!! I was upset that I could not get my schedualed apointment and would have to take one that would cause me to loose income by cancelling a work schedualed on the same day my new schedualed plumbing wasvset for. Ilija called me and assured me he colud do the job today and be finished by 1pm. He actually was done by 12:30. The work was done rght and in a very profesional maner. I am very happy with the entire outcome of this situation and would be happy to call Ilija again.

Since moving to Colorado the lack of integrity of vendors I’ve hired has been disheartening. When I needed my furnace repaired I went to the bbb of Denver and found JD Plumbing. Daniel Moore was the technician that came out today to resolve our issues. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and competent…..Daniel is one of the reasons JD’s has an A+ rating with the bbb. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.
Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

I have used this company for several years and I have been extremely happy with their work. Yesterday they called and said they had opening so they came instead of waiting several hours to come at the given time. They are friendly and don't try to sell me something I don't need. Golden west came out to my house to help with fixing my hot water heater. Carlos Fabian Josh and Tyler fixed my hot water heater and my shower on off valve. They did an absolute amazing job. They We’re very professional and courteous, put my mind at ease with the prices and guarantee of having a working hot water system, and working shower line. Having GoldenWest professionals out made me feel at ease with knowing I was in good hands.
