T.J. and his crew did a great job. They installed a new furnace (which runs so much quieter than the old one!) and a new AC, new inline filter, new duct, new breaker for existing thermostat, and a new furnace drain line. They were very professional, answered all our questions, and finished up by explaining how everything worked to our satisfaction. A few days later when the city inspector, came, he said Plumbline always does a good job. We agree.

Made an appointment for Wednesday at 8am calls me Tuesday at 8 ask if he could come. he said his morning freed up and he could make it 9:30 10 rolls around no plumber. Call him said he can come later that day I said I was busy so ask if I can keep my original in appointment he said he was too busy. Thanks but no thanks my time is just as important as his

When my sump pump stopped working, James was there for me every step of the way. After assisting with water removal arrangements, he put in the new pump. Maintain a respectful and polite demeanor at all times. He was quite concerned that I was happy with everything.

After the initial home depot order for the tankless hot water heater, I was contacted the same day by Delta. 2 days later Pavlin, master plumber, was on site to inspect my home, discuss best options, and detail the process for tankless installation, which is much more involved than replacing a tank. I so appreciate this on-site visual step.
4 days later Pavlin was here with his crew, the job was completed as he had said.
They cleaned up after, explained the new system, and I couldn't be happier with the whole process.

Update: Did get called back with apology and work was ultimately completed. Crew was professional and friendly. I would hire again, based on the crew’s work quality, but would talk upfront very clearly about expectations on timing.

Very polite over the phone - but sent crew a month ago to make small parts list after repeated calls to set that up. They thought they could even do the job that day. They've never come back. Follow up calls have zero results. Today's call was going to be returned with schedule details - but never was. If you can't or don't want the work - have the integrity and honesty to tell the customer upfront.

Have used twice in the past four months. Very honest and upfront, plus pleased with communication. Each instance offered a solution that was more affordable than what I had indicated I needed, all while serving the ultimate purpose. This is the type of Company I would recommend to others and will continue to do business with.

Danny was our plumber today to fix an over flowing drain pipe on the laundry room washer. Danny is knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions. He takes his time and does a great job. The issue was fixed and verified to be fixed with us. This is the second time we have had Danny as our plumber and we only have positive things to about him and A Better Plumber Co.

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

I called this company and explained my air conditioning situation, including what another HVAC company had done last year Seemed nice enough and reasonable: around $43 to show up and another $70 to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them for a 1-5pm window. At around 10:30 someone called to say he could be at my house in 30 minutes, not the most convenient since I would have to drive in from work and then drive back.

The person who met me was from a different company called Time and hadn’t been told anything about the problem. (Is “Denver Plumbing Consultants an actual HVAC company or do they just contract with other companies?) I told him what I knew and showed him my service bills from last year. He didn’t turn anything on or and barely even looked at the system, but started to explain the technical details of all the things that COULD be wrong (although it was actually pretty simple — leaking refrigerant) and said just finding the leak would START at $1,200. I told him thanks but no thanks and tried to pay the $43 for the visit. He said I’d have to pay the $113. I refused — he had been there for 5 minutes, didn’t even turn the thing on, and didn’t quote an actual price! He refused to take any money at all, left in a huff, and said it had been a “learning experience.“

They also won't rip you off for by telling you that you need something that you don't. I have referred them to many of my clients, and everyone has been very happy with their work. Jonathan came to fix a garbage disposal and left fixing the entire sink system. He was super nice and didn't give me any bs. He did it right the first time and by far this is the best work I've seen. He sat down and explained why he did what he did and what i can expect. 10 out of 10.

Leroy got back to us with 30 minutes of call in to service. My husband set up a time for the following morning, Within 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. We made the decision to replace the water heater. He and his helper completed the job,. Leroy walked my husband through the work, which was completed and done well. A professional and a pleasant disposition, we were quite happy with his work.
