The receptionist was friendly and was able to add me to the schedule quickly even though it was not an emergency. I got a confirmation call the night before. Jeremi arrived on time and immediately put in booties over his boots. He explained everything in a way I could understand it. He could have changed out my toilet parts and charged me, but he made adjustments to both and there was no charge for the toilets. He repaired a leaky faucet handle and the rate was reasonable. He also diagnosed my pressure issues and rather than replace something that did not need to be replaced, he checked everything and said it was fine. He spoke highly of his company and how much he loved working there and how much he respected the owners. He told me to call right away if I had any issues and cleaned up where he had worked. I would definitely call Swan again and request Jeremi if he was available. Super great service!

I hired Friendly Plumbing to install a utility sink in my laundry room and they did a great job. Charles was very professional and helpful when he came to give a free quote, and came back two additional times to do the job. The 2nd visit was to install the lines which he did while leaving as much of the drywall in tact as he could. After I had repaired the drywall and painted he came back to install the sink which was really quick and I’m really pleased with the end result. Despite a scheduling challenge, Charles was communicative and thorough. The work was done at the quoted price and I’ll certainly be calling Friendly Plumbing for future needs.

Dave replaced a water pressure reducer valve for me that was causing water hammer issues. He was on time and professional (wore a mask which I appreciated). He first attempted to adjust the valve to avoid replacing it, but then we learned it did require replacement. He took care of the replacement in about 30 minutes and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Charged $670 for a $125 service call. Did not diagnose or resolve the issue. By the time I realized I was being scammed I had already agreed to the work.

When my sump pump stopped working, James was there for me every step of the way. After assisting with water removal arrangements, he put in the new pump. Maintain a respectful and polite demeanor at all times. He was quite concerned that I was happy with everything.

Delta's installer has failed to show up during their 4-hour window twice now. I purchased a garbage disposal from Home Depot and it has taken over two weeks to get it installed; to be fair, I could have shaved over a week off that time if I had known that nobody would ever answer the customer service option in their phone tree.

Interactions with staff have been pleasant but totally useless. I am not convinced this company does anything but occasionally answer a phone.

Christopher's Plumbing is the best in the business. They are very reasonable and they do not charge an arm and a leg.

Kyle was our tech on the night of Christmas and he was great. It was so late but he was on time, more than helpful, and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. Everyone we spoke to from here was great and I'd go to them again.

We found Mark through our neighbor, who recommended him and spoke very highly of his work. Mark has since helped us with an emergency job that I thought would be a HUGE blow to our wallet, but his cost was totally fair! He arrived just 2 hours after I called him, and completed the job 1/2 hour before he estimated. He was efficient, quick, honest and did great work. We will call Z plumbing again!

We had a water leak in the mechanical room and called another plumber to do the repair. Their quote was twice as much as it should have been so we were referred to Sound Plumbing. They gave us a reasonable estimate and completed the job quickly. We have used several different plumbing companies throughout the years, but this one is by far the best! Bruce and Arthur were amazing. I had a bad leak and Bruce worked with a sense of urgency to help me. Arthur was amazing, he replaced my pipe that had a bad leak and performed quality work. Would highly recommend this company for anyone needing any plumbing services.
