Pete and JT did an excellent job. I called in for some work and they were here in less than an hour. They fully explained everything they were going to do and gave me tips along the way. They had it fixed and wrapped up in less than an hour. They were also very careful and respectful of my house. They also took time to clean up when they were finished. Highly recommend.

I called them to get my pipes checked out. They were really efficient quick in and out work. They even provided me with a video showing exactly what my pipes looked like which was great and really useful.

Let me just start with that we had serious predicament on our hands. We tried atleast 6 or 7 different 24/7 plumbers and this company pulled through BIG TIME. Had a plumbing emergency and called Wes mid-day Sunday -- he squeezed us in between jobs. Our problem grew a little worse but Wes stuck with us until things were fixed, making sure we clearly understood what the issue was, how he was fixing it, and whether we were happy. I was impressed with his pleasant attitude, and earnest drive in doing the job right and making sure we were satisfied. Hyper Flow Service Company is TOP NOTCH. Garrett was our service technician and he did such a fantastic + thorough job. We had both a kitchen line backup and also had our sewer main scoped. We had never done this before, so Garrett took the time to show us the video real time and explain through what we were seeing on the camera, what maintenance he recommended to keep our sewer line functioning and showed us possible damage that could become problematic down the road. Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Was very pleased. Had them come out to run a camera down the drain since the other company we had out didn't have the ability to. Glad that we found IPC. Upfront about price and told us he would just snake first instead of wasting our time and money if a camera wasn't needed. Snake worked and drains are running great. What a relief. Also came out on a Sunday without an extra weekend charge. Will call if ever future needs.
