These guys rock! Highly recommend! Very reasonable and very professional. They unclogged my main line without a mess or disturbance to my tenants. They gave me different options and great advise on what needed to get done and what may need to be done in the future. Other companies wanted to unclog from toilet and make a mess and were charging ridiculous prices. Will be using these guys for all future plumbing issues. Kudos to Matt! In our experience, Tipping Hat was second to none in their responsiveness (had 2 technicians scheduled to come provide quotes within 1 day of contacting Tipping Hat), professionalism & courtesy, and thoroughness of work.JJ was an especially great technician. He arrived in the morning, worked quickly to put together a quote ($500 lower than the initial estimate), bought the materials for the job that morning, and completed the job with exceptional quality all within the same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, provided us with several options, and completed high quality work in a very timely manner.Seth was also great. He exhibited the same qualities as JJ, and put together 4 different options for quotes on three separate plumbing projects. We will no doubt be moving forward with Seth as soon as we have the time available to complete the projects.Additionally, Tipping Hat's dispatch team communicated quickly & effectively, and made scheduling transparent & easy.Overall, our experience with Tipping Hat was five out of five stars, and we will be going to them first for all future plumbing, electric, etc. needs. Jon was not just on time but a little bit early. He solved the two problems that we had quickly and was very professional. He explained our options to us and told us what each option would cost. We will definitely be calling Hyper Flow again when we are ready to install a new toilet.

In this time of rampant poor customer service and price gouging, we were THRILLED to connect with Sasha from Cap Hill Plumbing. He is very responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, honest and just a really nice guy! During his free estimating process he gave us all the time we needed to discuss and explore options around a hot water heater and water filtration system. Once products and plans were decided he was prompt, thorough, clean and did a great job. When we had him out again to address another issue we thought was related to his original work, but turns out wasn’t, he worked for 2 hours to address some jumping pipe issues, even running to get additional supplies, and wasn’t going to charge us – he just wanted us to be happy (we paid him for his time of course!). I HIGHLY recommend Sasha – you won’t be disappointed!

He charged $100 to come out and he did nothing to fix the issue and still charged full price for a visit. I watched him though the whole visit and he did not actually do any work except wiggle the wires around. Very disappointed and will not be recommending your company.

I've never used this company, but I was looking for a plumber in the area. When evaluating who you choose, look at how an owner responds to criticism or poor reviews. This man has severe anger issues and doesn't understand professionalism. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

Alex and E are really professional and prompt. Really good communication. I had a bit of an issue with the initial installation on my tankless water heater. They came out free of charge and resolved the issue. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
