Tribeca Plumbing did repair work to the sewer out line to my home after another Dallas company repaired my foundation and we had a leak underneath the foundation. After receiving several quotes, Tribeca was the most reasonable and could it done in the time frame requested. The project manager kept me constantly updated and the team was professional and extremely clean considering it rained the entire time and they were going through the foundation and digging underneath the slab. I will be using them for additional projects around my home whenever needed.

Jose and Danny were two of the main plumbers on my job and they did a fantastic job. They had to replace my entire yard gas line due to a leak and were able to complete the job timely and professionally. They also gave me a quote that was below any of the others I received. These two and their team were very responsive (including the office staff), triple checked everything and completed the job without any complications. I will 100% be using them again in the future.

Jeremy Brown did an excellent job installing two new water heaters in a fourth floor attic! Thank goodness he had a strong helper for going up and down the stairs. Jeremy was polite and responsive and took some extra time at the end to teach me about water heater maintenance.

I call them for drain cleaning service and they respond back very with best quality of plumbing service.

awesome company they are now my go to plumbers I have just had them replace my water heater from gas to tankless took them a full day but that was it no problems afterwards and very reasonably priced.

NTX is amazing! I will use them always from here on out. We have always wanted to replace our electric porch lights with gas lamps. Which means a pretty extensive remodeling job. I researched about 10-12 plumbers. A few of them declined to even consider the project. A couple tried to talk me out of it and suggested to just buy the bulbs that look like flames. And the rest gave me ridiculous bids that felt like they had no idea what they were doing or just wanted to bid so high that I would leave them alone. NTX came in, totally professional, eager to do the work. I had total confidence in them within the first 2 minutes after meeting them. They are ethical, professional, do an amazing job, very budget-friendly. I can’t say enough good about these good people. Very responsive. One of our water heaters was leaking and I called their number, unsure if we'd used them before. Chad answered and said even if we hadn't used them, if we had to get a new water heater, he'd discount the amount we'd paid the other company, and he was at our house in under an hour. We chose to replace both water heaters and he gave us a lower rate on the second unit. He also made a few changes to make the heaters work together more efficiently.He was there at the time he promised, professional and really did more than he had to do. I will definitely use CPR Plumbing again.

Roto Rooter representative was understanding and has promised to have someone at my house within an hour. Technician came and help to prevent flooding of my property.
